Form C. to change your Email Address If you are presently enrolled with SAFE and wish to change only your email address Old email address to be removed: New email address for change:

Confirmation will be sent to your old email address. Click on the confirmation response. Confirmation will then be sent to your new email address. Click on the new confirmation response. Both addresses must be active for this change to take place If your old email address is not active - just re-enroll
