Reason For Delay

As said in the previous newsletter -
and will repeat here: "If there is anyway that the Trump Forces
can keep things on an even keel
for the next 30 days
they will -
because things are looking good for them
in the coming election."
However, in the last week
I heard from numerous sources
that some major events
appeared to be about to happen on -
Friday then -
Monday then -
Tuesday.
Partially for that reason -
and because of the fact
that we have been so busy
at Ark Two -
I put off until today -
to see what would occur.
Earlier last week there had been
the steepest stock market plunge
in fifteen years
and then it recovered in what
many called a "dead cat bounce".
However, it shot back up solidly today -
as I watched the market close.
The stock market is completely manipulated
but the forces of reality
will cause it to eventually fail.
Not yet - today.
Maybe tomorrow.
Not hoping -
one way or the other.
Just observing events around us.
Okay - 3 weeks more -
and that will be a plus
in Trump's column -
although he is well aware
and has said many times that
"It is a bubble."
The big issue of the moment -
not being covered by the MSM -
is the massive and intensive movement
of sophisticated weaponry.

1. US moving troops and equipment into Ukraine.
2. US moving troops and equipment into Syria.
3. US moving troops and equipment into Libya vicinity.
4. US moving troops and equipment into Venezuela theater.
5. US confronting China in Asia Theater.

China's slogan is: "This Century belongs to China."
Muslims think the Mahdi will come out of a well,
and they will rule the world.
Christians think that Christ will come on a cloud
and that they will rule with Him.

Convergence

For the last several months,
have spoken of CONVERGENCE,
taking place the first part of October.
First, let me remind everyone
that this is not a matter of prophecy.
I receive no revelations.
It is just a matter of looking at
announced dates by various entities -
mostly governments and government agencies -
as to when something is to occur.
Convergence is just a matter of those
dates and events occuring at the same time.
Sort of it like being
dark
cold
winter month
watching the weather cycle
and then predicting snow tonight.
That is predicting -
not prophecizing -
and I can still be wrong.
However, I have given you
all the facts that I have
and you can make up your own mind.
At the moment -
all of the points of conflict
are as intense as ever.
US has sent troops to the Ukraine -
and some very specialized weapons.
Russia has moved massive amounts
of troops and equipment
that way also.
Where do they stop?
No one really wants that to blow up?
We knew those Russian military exercises
were going to come to this point -
at this date.
BUT - what is this point?
Israel shot down a Russian plane.
We knew something like this would
accidently happen -
sooner or later -
and predicted the result.
BUT - what is the result?
Everyone just backed away
and said "Bad", "Bad", "Bad",
just don't let it happen again.
Lots more missiles aimed at Israel
being moved into Syria.
We knew Israel would bomb them.
We knew Syria would defend them.
We know Russia is defending Syria.
We know the US is defending Israel.
BUT - what is going to happen?
Lots of dire predictions.
And still no really wants to press the button.
Deadlines come and go -
the big ones are on the 3rd and 4th -
just two days away.
1. New sanctions take place on Iran.
2. Deadline for Idlib to be evacuated by ISIS -
(US / CIA funded ISIS).
3. New tariffs take place on China.
4. North Korea to do what?
BUT - will everyone do what they say
they will do?
Senate confirmation for Supreme Court
was to have taken place.
Postponed to Friday.
Or whenever or whennever.
What are called the nuclear options
(has nothing to do with bombs or weapons)
being considered in the Senate.
Mueller and the BIG "I" word
being bandied about.
Deep State out in the open -
about many things.
Who ever thought it would come out
in the open like this?
Big election concerns -
exactly one month away -
if all this is going to allow
it to get that far.
Many other things
hanging by a thread.
India
Pakistan
Afghanistan
Venezuela
and in every country you can name.
BUT -
will it just continue to hang on.
What do you think.?
The whole world is astir.

This year alone
there have been over 55 - so far -
of that intensity.

So far - everyone has threatened on everything

Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)
Pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), I hereby report that I have issued an Executive Order to take additional steps with respect to the national emergencies declared in Executive Order 13660 of March 6, 2014, as expanded in scope and relied upon for additional steps taken in subsequent Executive Orders, and Executive Order 13694 of April 1, 2015, as relied upon for additional steps taken in Executive Order 13757 of December 28, 2016.
Title II of the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (Public Law 115-44) (CAATSA) and the Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-272), as amended (UFSA), provide for the imposition of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation. The Executive Order I issued will further the implementation of those sanctions by providing authority under IEEPA to the Secretary of the Treasury to take certain actions with respect to those sanctions and directing departments and agencies of the United States Government to take all appropriate measures within their authority to ensure the full implementation of those sanctions. These sanctions may include prohibitions on certain financial transactions; blocking all property and interests in property; denial of export licenses; denial of visas and entry into the United States; and imposition of sanctions on the principal executive officer or officers of sanctioned persons.
I have authorized the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to take such actions, including promulgating rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA and certain sections of CAATSA and UFSA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Executive Order.
I am enclosing a copy of the Executive Order I have issued.

Antonia summarized it as: Employee's of the SDO in Sunspot, New Mexico called the Local Sheriff, after the FBI landed at the facility in a Black Hawk Helicopter, Locked down and evacuated the facility and Two Post offices, one close to the facility and one near the town. It may be of interest, that the Apache Observatory just 2 miles away, was not shutdown. Please note that the SDO Observatory is also only 130 miles for the Roswell Crash and next to White Sands Range and Holloman Air force Base. They evacuated people from homes from the surrounding area as well, and gave no excuse to the Local Police or Employees, for doing so.
This Lockdown happened 3 days PRIOR to New Moon Eclipse of the Sun that showed 2 passes of the moon or spheres(?) in opposite directions, minutes apart. NASA states.

Unending Warfare

Unending warfare.
Perpetual war.
Sounds directly out of Orwell's "1984",
but that is the official policy of
The Pentagon.
Reality.
Nature of the World they will tell you.
I don't think that is God's plan
for humanity.
Well, if He has a different plan,
they will say -
then He better get down here
and implement it.
God's plan is that humanity
be the one's to implement it
of their own free will.
To that end He is letting humanity
work out their way - The Pentagon's way -
to its logical end.
So that we can see the difference
between man's plan and God's Plan.
As of yet -
most of humanity doesn't even know
what God's Plan is -
and they don't want to know about it.
After all -
America has been doing well this week.
A few fires and such around -
but the stock market continued its
longest bull run ever.
Countries that have opposed or tried
to resist American policies -
have a bad week -
such as Venezueala, North Korea, Iran,
and a lot of others.
US policy has been really tough on Russia.
As the US Department of State said on August 8, the first package of sanctions applies to dual use products, the export to Russia of all sensitive goods and know-how related with US national security and also electronics, components and technologies for the oil and gas industry.
Alongside this, the act envisages the possibility of far harsher sanctions to be taken in three months’ time. The second package of restrictions envisages a downgrade of bilateral diplomatic relations or their complete suspension, an overall ban on the export of US goods to Russia except for foods and on the United States’ import of Russian goods, including oil and oil products, refusal of permission to any planes of Russian government-controlled air carriers to land in the United States and Washington’s veto on all loans to Moscow from international financial organizations.
Yep - from The Pentagon point of view.
What is bad for Russia is good for America.
Coincidentally, 3 months, 90 days from August 8th
is November 8th.
Kind of follows on Donald's other program.
To quote him:
"We come up again on September 28th and if we don’t get border security we will have no choice, we will close down the country because we need border security,” he said, according to Reuters"
All this.
The hot summer.
Suppression of black news.
Even the riots in Finland -
it is all interrelated.
Donald is bringing home
a couple of thousand troops
from Afghanistan.
That will change the balance
between Pakistan and India,
I have no idea how things
are interrelated -
but I feel sure everything is.
It has been a good week -
if you have own lots of stocks,
you live in a gated white neighborhood,
you don't have any big medical bills,
your kids are in college and not looking
for a job.
Life can be good.

Russians view this a bit differently.
Here is a statement by a high Russian official:
""It’s no secret that serious pressure is being put on Russia, and it will only get worse. It is intended to deal a blow to defense cooperation, including defense exports. We see that the Americans now speak about the possibility of sanctions against the countries that purchase Russian weaponry… We should follow the advice of certain experts, who say that Russia should possibly suspend the implementation of treaties on non-proliferation of missile technologies, and also follow the US example and start deploying our tactical nuclear weapons in foreign countries. It is possible that Syria, where we have a well-protected airbase, may become one of those countries," Gutenev said."
Okay, so now Russia is going to
move nuclear armed missiles into Syria,
just like the US has done elsewhere.
Russia also announced they are doing another
interesting thing.
Having the largest war games they have had
in forty years.
Well, yes, last year they had the largest war games
they have have had in forty years
and as long as each years is bigger than the previous
they can continue to say that.
BUT, this one is going to be a REALLY BIG ONE.
Some might say that shouldn't be viewed
as a good week for the world.
But from the American point of view.
More and more good.
Two carriers headed for the Gulf -
and the Admiral for another American task force -
that went active in the North Atlantic this week -
said -
"We are ready for war."

Some really interesting news from China.
They outlawed all crypto currencies in China.
But, indications are
they about to introduce their own
block chain crypto currency
backed by Gold
in Africa.
Said to be really significant
because it can stabilize trade
between African countries -
something that is soley needed.
Always interesting stuff out of China.
They say they plan to establish
a permanent base on the backside of the moon -
in two years.
Ahhh - that means we won't be able to see it.
No satellite overflights there.

Long Hot Summer

The long hot summer -
seems to have cooled down
world activities. The US Black community
is becoming an increasing tinder box-
ready to explode -
given the right conditions -
like a monetary collapse.
July 1, today, beginning of
the new SDR (Special Drawing Rights)
at the IMF
accompanied by the new accounting methods.
China and Russia able to have significant impact
for the first time.
Financial hammer being dropped on Iran.
Gas prices in US rising.
Trump appealing to Saudi Arabia to take up slack.
Trump says will name
Supreme Court Justice nominee
on July 9.
The Trump-Putin summit
will be taking place in Helsinki, Finland
and will be on July 16th.
World looks set to rock along until then.
Always new events.
Britain bombed in Syria.
Lots of speculation about whether Jong Kim is conforming.
US making lots of noise about its new
B61-12 nuclear gravity bomb coming on line.
Dial-able force up to about 30 times Hiroshima bomb.
All sorts of planes to be able to deliver it -
from fighter planes to run of the mill bombers -
and very advanced bombers.
Just what the world needs.
I received hours of input this week -
about inner faction fighting in The Deep State -
but nothing that I feel
that I have such confidence in it
that I will report it.
Mueller Committee, et al.,
doing a lot of stir.
No idea when it will end
or how long it will continue.
One thing that I have noted on every front -
in news items sent to me -
on news shows -
in hundreds of reports -
is the amount of rancor and unpleasantness -
down right meanness, and uncouthness -
about which all groups speak about their opposition.
I do think that is very significant.

and absolutely zip help has shown up.
Off to Fracture Clinic on Tuesday.
Turns out from new x-rays
that a bone is fractured in Jean's foot
after all.
Daughter had double knee surgery
on Thursday -
so a couple of months before she can visit us again.
This seems to be just a time
to sweat the weather -
and not the world.
Sure wish we could have gotten
the storm windows off.
Not being able to open the windows
does make the house warm.
Just never satisfied.
We were complaining about the cold in the winter -
when we were having to shut off the other rooms.
Actually, for us, life is good -
and I am getting a lot of research and writing
done on another book.
One I hope to publish -
or at least distributed
after The Great Catastrophe.
Needing editors -
but none of those that I have asked -
have responded.
It is a very specialized subject
about a UAL (Universal Auxiliary Language).

Paradigm Change

Yes, I truly feel that I
see light at the end of the tunnel.
I hope that you will too.

now happening each day
(although much of it is NOT in MSM)
than used to happen in a month.
There is just not time to analyze it.
I will just mention a bunch of things
and you can fit them into your own paradigm.
So much happening at Ark Two also.
Have been having several different people
come to help each day -
and the next several days are scheduled that way -
already.
I just work until I fall asleep.
I wake up at the keyboard with a line of a single character.
After that happens several times
I go sit in my sleeping chair -
and after an hour or two get up
and resume.
For several days this has been the continuous pattern -
and I don't see any sign of it letting up.
Paradigm changes for me also -
often all day long.
I am going to include a couple -
at the end -
and for some of you -
if you follow one through
you will find the world is just not
as you thought it was.
I am just going to layout one thing after another here.
Take it for what you think it is worth.
1. From December 4-8 (starting today)
US and ROK to conduct exercise "Vigilant Ace"
Six F-22s and F-35s will train right off DPRK's border.
This will be the first time so many F-22s operate in the region.
More than 230 aircraft from US & SK air bases will take part.
2. Japan's evening paper Fuji claimed
that the Raptors will attack NK sometime between
Dec 18 & Jan 8th:
KJI's date of death is Dec 17th &
KJU's birthday is Jan 8th,
during which NK is likely to conduct
its 7th nuclear (possibly another H-bomb) test.
3. H.R. McMaster:
the National Security Advisor,
serving under President Donald Trump,
said yesterday - (actually 3 hours ago - when I was writing this)
"Potential for war with North Korea increases ‘every day’. "
4. Trump could announce as early as Tuesday
that the US recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's capital,
according to US officials with direct knowledge of the matter
5. Israel is bombing in Lebanon,
last couple of days.
6. Canada is reopening its nuclear fallout shelters.
But for government personnel only - of course.
7. No US Government Budget after December 8th.
That is Friday.
No problem.
Never stayed with budget anyway.
This is a repeat of what I said -
in the previous newsletter.
Each side of Congress holds the other hostage -
tying the budget to matters largely unrelated.
Person after person has told me -
"No matter, things will go on anyway.
We have seen this many times."
The "We have seen this many times"
part of that is true.
Ten years ago
the media would have been in panic.
The headlines would have daily screamed -
"Budget due in Six Months
and no sign of Solution."
"The US government is about to come to a stop!"
Today - there isn't even a media murmer.
Literally - absolutely no mention of the subject -
in many prominent sources.
So what does a government shutdown mean?
Well, last time
closing a few national parks.
Although - the guards stay on duty.
Last time it was closing National Memorials.
Possibly giving them more protection than usual -
because of increased danger of vandalism.
Nope, nothing significant really happened.
The soldiers and sailors still got paid -
the bombs still got dropped -
and the money printing presses continued to run.
No wonder - no media mention this time around.
If everything comes apart time -
the prognosticators will say, in retrospect,
"something changed".
Well, of course! The change -
it is all a part of the plan to punish Trump.
Less than two weeks to wait and see.
Just in time for Christmas.
There is already social unrest.
White society just doesn't see it yet.
9. No Tax Bill either.
Senate brags they passed one.
51 of 52 GOP senators voted for it.
HR has to agree.
Enough Democrats not likely to do so.
10. The 2018 Winter Olympics are scheduled
to begin on Friday February 9 2018 and
end on Sunday February 25 2018
although I very much doubt that we will make it
that far.
The 2018 Olympics would be the second Olympic Games
held in Pyeongchang South Korea,
And in addition to my usual list of ten
these two paradigm changers
that really impressed me:
11. This was the first one.
This Wikipedia view of the above
was really painful for me -
because I am a Wikipedia enthusiast
and regular supporter.
12. The fellow in this one greatly impressed me
about how difficult it is to get at the truth -
and I don't think that he really even touched it then
with so much of the MSM media being owned and controlled
by the CIA and the Deep State.
In truth -
I think the time has passed to sweat and worry
about all these matter.
What is - is what is -
and it is going to take TGC to change it.

The problems are the same everywhere - and the cause is the same everywhere - in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Everywhere - and certainly in North America. Humanity is blinded to the cause - and the solution - and will remain so - until it changes its course. Attempts to point out the cause are futile - because humanity remains blind to it. The cause of humanity's problems is simply that it has turned away from God. I was astounded this week by three pieces of evidence. First: I can't find the reference now but I thought I heard a survey at a Ted Conference find that only 3% of the audience said that it was religious. Being a member of a religion and identifying oneself as being Christian, Jewish, or whatever, is different from thinking of one's self as being religious - as most people will agree. Wikipedia says that less than 10% of the people in the US say that religion is the most important thing in their life. I would argue that even those who practice religion in Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu countries often miss the first and second most central points expressed by Jesus and the Founders of the other religions. Therefore, by some definition, many of these people are not truly religious either. My point about Christians is that they very often have a religion ABOUT Jesus rather than the religion OF Jesus. This equally well applies to other religions such as the followers of Islam often have a religion ABOUT Islam rather than the religion OF Islam. Such followers of religion will of course loudly deny my accusation and it is for this reason that the Prophets and their followers have most often been persecuted by the followers of religion. Second: The Science Delusion by Rupert Sheldrake was censored/removed/banned on Ted. You can still see it at this link but you simply can't see it on Ted. The reason being that militant, atheistic, materialists have control of Ted. They are as emphatic about their opposition to any religious point of view as were the communists with their anti-religion constitution under the USSR. You can read the whole controversy on the Ted Blog. It is not that I am not willing to hear the atheistic arguments/view of militant atheists. Indeed, a number of the academics whose work that I most admire, and incorporate into my own pedagogical paradigms, are militant atheists. I have for example carefully read a number of books by Pinker - Blank Slate, etc. photocopying the charts and studying them with other people. I just don't want atheists censoring my own paradigm. That they can is demonstrative as to how the world has turned away from God. Third: The issue is one of Justice. Another Ted show demonstrated an experiment done with monkeys (with the requisite anti-God comment). There are numbers of such experiments out there done with monkeys dogs, birds and so forth showing a sense of Justice. I find this all very interesting because while I tie the present human problem to a lack of sense of Justice in serving God and one's fellow humans it is demonstrative of how little the human sense is presently above the animal level. My concern is of course with those who call themselves survivalists and preppers and my desire to turn them into reconstructionists . I find very evident among survivalists a feeling of injustice and their desire for it for themselves - and sometimes for those associated with them or some peer group with whom they identify. However, very seldom do I find them identifying and being willing to sacrifice for an ideal of universal justice for all humanity. Because God is the God of all, this is where they fall short and it is this change above what is even demonstrated by animals that humanity must achieve. Otherwise it will experience what we call "the Wrath of God". There is nothing that I am aware that I can say or do that is going to change this situation, and it is for this reason that I am very concerned about the future of humanity. I of course continue to plug along "The Message", and observe how things unfold. The situation will be worse because there will be no UN troops or martial law to keep down the marauders and there will be no outside supply of food. The problem is that this situation exists today and the whole of humanity does nothing about it. Like the monkeys we are only concerned about personal, or at best local, justice. Most of humanity is insane. Selfish and insane. There is great anger and fear. I receive dozens of emails and newsletters each day expressing those emotions. They are emotions - and no amount of reason would have any effect upon them. They understand neither the problems nor the solutions. Many of the communiques express great anger about Obama, gun control, foreign troops in the US, the desire to return to gold, concern that the US does not have a powerful enough military, and dozens of other issues. The proposed solutions are most often more weapons and forceful response to those whom they see as their enemies. A great many who send these documents to me claim to be dedicated Christians, yet they never ask or say what Jesus would do. I seldom hear words proposing "love your enemies", "bless those who persecute you", and other terms reflecting the philosophy of Jesus. Their religion is a religion about Jesus - rather than the religion of Jesus. Their proposals are a return to the past. The Constitution of the Founding Fathers where where women and blacks were not allowed to vote. A few minutes ago I received an email about H.R. 75 a proposal to get the US out of the UN. The writer commented that every "rogue" (sic) nation like North Korea that was not a member of the UN was considered by the UN to be an enemy of the UN. Now - they wanted to get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US. Iran complains already that the US does not abide by the UN resolutions for nuclear arms reduction - but many of those who write to me disparage Obama for what he has tried to do in that area. There are more than enough nuclear weapons to destroy the world many times over but these writers want more. In that they see security. Autonomous "rogue" nations with no restraints (other than reasoned self-restraint) as to nuclear weapon usage. And what restraints are there today on anything? Financial institutions or government oppression? Bush called the US Constitution "just a piece of paper" and the present incumbent, a Constitutional Law specialist who edited a prominent Law Journal, has little to say about how it works out for the 'common man'. My suggestion that it is a system that is out moded, having been written at a time when communication beyond the line of sight could take place at a maximum of three and a half miles per hour, ninety percent of the US population occupied a strip less than the size of California, there were no airplanes, satellites, or nuclear weapons and the most dangerous weapon was a ball of iron less than a foot in diameter. Advocates that we return to the past give no thought that we live in different times and that a different system is needed. But perhaps there will be an opportunity for such thought after the total collapse of society. Another very unusual document came to me today that proposes necessary attitudes after a major catastrophy. I don't know who wrote it but there needs to be much more discussion of this kind. So, far I have found it impossible to get people to read my book "Society AFTER Doomsday" and to enter into dialogue about what is needed for the reconstruction of society. The time is simply not ripe. I don't know that there will ever come a time when there is both the opportunity to read it and the recognzied need. Unfortunately, the need is going to be inevitable. There is nothing that can be done until after the total collapse - but one can prepare. People continuously ask me about personal survival - and I provide answers, in this newsletter, personal emails, and on our web site, but that is not what this newsletter or I am all about. I do wish that you would all take the time to meet the monkeys , and General Bucknaked , and to think about what happened to the Ted video The Science Delusion . But most won't, and will continue down the path of not knowing either the problem or the solution. Even among those who are not avowed atheists, most people do not know God, or what it means to love in Him, and because most of humanity has turned away from God to either atheism, indifference, or dogmatic religion - they will experience what is really the wrath of their ownselves. I realize North Korea rumbles, that nothing came of the talks with Iran, that Syria collapses, that the financial world is on edge in Cyprus and Japan. That the situation between Pakistan and India is unstable, and China and Russia are grappling with the world hegemony of the US, but I have tried to devote this issue of the newsletter to the real problems. This week at Ark Two is intense as always. Darlene has made great progress on the Radio Software and Adam is due to arrive Friday to stay over Saturday and perhaps into Sunday to finish assembling the four prototype boards, two of which will then go to Dave for debugging, evaluation and probably modification. Also a lot of time keeping track of the skyrocketing Dow, the glowing reports from the Government about the economy, the confidence regarding security being expressed by the people in South Korea, the diminishing reports about Syria and Iran, and the calm that prevails in Israel.
