For mailing overseas
When people order from overseas I am not quite sure how to handle it.
Sometimes when I look it up, the postage almost doubles the cost of the book.
The postage, duty, exchange, taxes, handling, free CD,
and all that is in the one price for the US and Canada
because I don't like it when I go to buy something
and then they start adding on all sorts of other costs. If we get enough orders from Europe, we are trying to figure out how to print there. But anyway, wherever your are, write to me and we will try to figure out what to do for your situation. The address is: Bruce |
