Calm Before The Storm

Yes, I have used this headline before.
BUT
It is not the words.
It is:
Who says the words.
Whom he says the words to.
When he says the words.
Where he says the words.
What he says the words mean.
Why he says the words.
October has certainly started off calm.
The things that I thought would happen by now -
haven't.
Last week I said I planned
to continue this process of dating events
and analyzing what occurred -
with those that had been anticipated.
This is part of that process.
October 1,
was supposed to be without a US Budget -
but the US Congress, as usual,
kicked that can down the road.
But for only two months -
which is NOT as usual -
so things will pile on even more now. October 1,
key countries were supposed to stop using
the US Petro Dollar.
If this has happened -
I am not seeing any news about it
that I thought I would.
The headlines are:
The Petrodollar Is Under Attack
and
Saudi Arabia and US Petrodollar System are Facing The End
But still, none of the deep dark events
that I thought would occur by now
in this month.
October 10th
(probably already that date in Korea)
is an anniversary date
for North Korea -
(formation of the Communist Party)
About last week's
ALERT - just before mailing -
that NK had just moved missiles from its development site.
Russia's RIA news agency cited a Russian lawmaker
(who visited Pyongyang on October 2-6 )
that North Korea is preparing for a new test
of a long-range missile.
October 18
Cheong Wa Dae also pointed to October 18,
the opening day of the 19th national congress
by China's Communist Party,
as a possible date of North Korean action.
The USS Ronald Reagan is expected to arrive at the peninsula in mid-October
and Friday
North Korea condemned the U.S.-South Korea joint exercises
warned of destruction if the joint ROK/US drills are held.

Still just trying to keep my dates in order here,
and now this is just three days off.

will pass between the earth and moon
at 1/10th the distance to the moon
(which is VERY close to the earth)

October 15th
President Trump will have to certify to Congress that Iran is compliant with the nuclear deal it reached with world powers in 2015. If Mr Trump refuses to certify compliance, Congress will have 60 days to re-impose sanctions on Iran Donald continues to appease the Deep State -
(by letting the Generals do their thing -
just as Obama did.
Donald as of last week had bombed -
all seven countries for which he criticized Obama.)
But so far as I can tell -
the Deep State is not appeased
and the battle continues on.

Oct 17th
This is a very important repeat from last time. Clearstream the IBS (International Bridge Settlement) system for the central securities of dozens of countries does the crossover to a new no delay ETF (Electronic Transfer of Funds) which will then be the international linkage between any two central banks.
I can bring you no source for the above statement. It is my own compilation after googling / studying the various terms embodied in the above statement. Google the terms for yourself and determine if I have made a (unintentional, I assure you) misrepresentation.
If correct, then this event, rumored about on the Internet, but thoroughly hidden from discussion, may indeed be the unintentional trigger fired during the panic situation of collapse of the Petro Dollar, with at least five countries, (China, Russia, Venezuela, Iran and others), as of Oct 1 no longer taking or requiring the US Petro Dollar, thus dooming further the US dollar in terms of its previous status of being the only recognized / accepted reserve currency for Central Banks; that change date having been decided in an IMF decision last October and now, on the one year anniversary of the decision / warning - taking full effect this October 1st. with the IMF (International Monetary Fund) having changed the basket of SDR (Special Drawing Rights) to further favor China and Russia.
It has taken years of study to be able to write, such what may seem to be gobbley-gook to many / most of my readers, and those who consider themselves experts in the matter will say that I am not qualified to make such pronouncements, but rest assured, that throughout history - the experts all have eventually been shown to be wrong - and that is when great systems fail.
All this in conjunction with LIBOR which as I discussed last week is both manipulated and made up. LIBOR stands for the London Interbank Offered Rate. It measures the rate at which banks lend to each other, and has much to do with that great fiction we call "Derivatives.".
What we are talking about here is the collapse of the dollar and the International Monetary System, which will then be a major contributing factor to World War III. Comfort yourself in the fact that Beach probably does not know what he is talking about. He just looks for factors that support his Oct. 22nd date.

I think it is even more serious than that,
because Donald J. Trump replied:
"Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid ... hasn't worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators," Trump wrote.
"Sorry, but only one thing will work!"
Asked by reporters later Saturday
about the cryptic tweet,
Trump would only say:
"You'll figure that out pretty soon."
