The Worsening World Condition

Planning on returning to the hospital.
Losing blood at about a liter per day.
Has happened in previous years
after same type of surgery
so not terribly panicked
but some family members are pressing.
I want to get this newsletter out today,
because I anticipate they may keep me for awhile.
I have had considerable time for over ten days
to read and listen to many points of view.
Some are optimistic.
This morning,I listened to a podcast,
by Scott Adams, the author and creator of Dilbert.
I subscribe to his column -
and find his remarks very often very insightful
regarding the temperament of the American public.
Scott is of the opinion that
Donald Trump, along with
Xi Jinping (the leader of China, whatever his title now),
Vladimir Putin, and
Kim Jong Un, the North Korean leader
are possibly on the verge of establishing themselves in history
as being among the greatest political leaders ever
by denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula.
During hospital visits
I take with me a book by Steven Pinker,
whom I consider the world's foremost linguist,
and considered by many Americans
to be its foremost intellectual thinker.
To put it in the kindest possible words -
Steve thinks that anyone who thinks
nuclear WW3 possible,
suffers from a serious mental deficiency.
These are but two of several serious thinkers
whom I listen to very carefully,
who reside at this point on the spectrum
of future expectation.
I dissent of course from Adam's and Pinker's view,
and that of most every individual that I meet,
the latter for the most part
never considering the subject.
Scott feels that it is the uniqueness of the characters,
of the four mentioned leaders -
that offers the world its great opportunity
for peace.
I would point out -
that the last time we had such a quartet -
actually there were only three then -
Stalin, Churchill, Roosevelt,
the world set the stage for the Cold War
that is concluding in what we have today.
THINGS ARE NOW MUCH WORSE!
And much worse this week -
as I shall point out.
Nuclear proliferation has reached the point -
that Kim Jong Un joins the current quartet -
and Scott made no mention of Pakistan -
which I consider the much greater threat
to world stability.
Scott felt that by settling the Korean issue,
others such as Iran, Turkey, Syria,
even Palestine / Israel would fall into line,
but all of those have a momentum of their own.
It is not just proliferation of nuclear weapons -
since the Yalta Conference -
nor the massive quantities of them
that have been since stockpiled -
but that since the end of WW2 -
the world has developed MUCH MORE destructive weapons,
and has recognized the role of EMP,
while the US has withdrawn from the SALT agreements,
proclaimed intended first usage of nuclear weapons,
and surrounded Russia with Missiles.
Russia for its part has THIS WEEK
announced a new "unstoppable" supersonic missile,
while it has become the practice
for almost every country to announce some
substantial technological advance -
with even Switzerland joining the chorus this week.
Weapons enough
to destroy the world many times over -
and although the US spends as much
as the rest of the world put together -
China is on the verge with its rapidly expanding economy,
of being able to match and surpass the US
in the years to come.
One might think that such matching powers -
would bring peace among equals -
but THIS WEEK under US pressure
a HUNDRED RUSSIAN DIPLOMATS -
were expelled from two dozen countries
throughout the world.
Russia assures that it will retaliate.
Such was the focus of events - THIS WEEK -
that Turkey assured Israel
that it would see its destruction -
and Hamas started THIS WEEK
on the date of Israel's most holy celebration -
a six week march of tens, perhaps hundreds,
of thousands -
to culminate on May 15th,
which is the 70th anniversary of the formation -
of Israel -
and the date Trump has said the US Embassy
will be activated in Jerusalem.
Gigantic celebration is planned for that date -
in Texas.
THIS MORNING already -
clashes and deaths are being reported along
the march route,
this first of 45 days.
Middle of the merry month of May -
is when the North Korean leader Kim Jong Un
is expected to sit down with
President Donald Trump.
This is what I refer to as the convergence of dates.
While the convergence of dates -
does not in itself provide the trigger
for Great Catastrophe
it does increase the probability.
The convergence this coming month
of the Focused Passage drill,
scheduled for April 16-20,
when the US evacuates its military families -
from the Korean peninsula occurring at the same time
as joint war games with the South,
may certainly strike Kim Jong Un
as being an interesting coincidence.
Trump statements about immediately withdrawing
from Syria and perhaps even Afghanistan -
prompts some analysts to think
that it is a matter of focusing forces,
for the upcoming discussions with Xi and Kim.
Others look at the pronouncements by Xi -
regarding the IMF and the Rembi.

It has always been the theme in this News Letter -
that the REAL wars are economic
and that the shooting wars are only symptomatic of them.
The real war at the moment is
Ascending China -
and
Declining US. The president of China
has said that he is about to do
a pre-emptive monetary strike -
the equivalent of a nuclear strike,
when he insists the IMF accept the Rembi -
and that all transactions be in gold -
replacing the paper petrodollar -
with which the US has dominated the world.
The possibility of a Monetary collapse in the US
is a reality.
We don't even know what that would look like -
but likely social collapse
just as in Venezuela and elsewhere.
This would most likely lead to the
greatest recession ever -
social unrest - et cetera -
and international repercussions
for supplying and maintaining the troops
throughout the world.
What this usually means is -
all out war.
Pakistan, Iran, Hungary, Syria,
satellites of the former USSR,
and others
are on the verge of it now.
Scott and Pinker do not see it this way,
but perhaps Trump does.
In the political debates
before his election -
he said it was the greatest threat.
I doubt much has happened to change his mind.
Admittedly,
Trump, Putin, Xi and Kim,
do not want war.
But, that is only one sphere -
and they are not in control.
God is in control.
But that is something Pinker and Scott -
would admantly deny.
Not much has happened since Yalta -
to decrease the world philosophy of greed -
nor the plunge into moral depravity.
As to whether that -
or any of this -
should concern you -
is your choice.

Who is Controlling Your Thought?

You are what you think.
Your thoughts are you.
The true you.
The essence.
A soul.

Are you a free thinker?
Are you even free to think?
That is the subject
that we will examine here.
Free thinker is often
an epithet thrown at others
by those who are not.
It is often a badge of pride
worn by those
who surprisingly are not either.
Since WW2 -
there has been a growing awareness
of how to control thought.
Initially it was called "brainwashing",
and thought to be applied mainly to individuals.
Complimenting those techniques
were the developing and practiced arts
of propaganda.
What really made these latter take off
was the explosion of electronic communication.
At first it was radio and television.
Later it became
MSM (Main Stream Media)
the Internet,
Entertainment Channels (Movies and Video),
Social Media,
the Cell phone,
and a number of "Intelligence Gathering Channels"
about which most people are entirely unaware.
If one is targeted
- almost their every thought is monitored -
and if it is desired -
can be analyzed and manipulated
beyond their own capability.
To set the tone -
for some subjects about which most are unaware -
please watch this seven minute video.
If in the course of this issue of this newsletter
you do not learn some astounding things
of which you were not aware -
then this newsletter is useless to you.
The power and tools for the control
of mass thought has been expanding exponentially.
You must understand the meaning of exponential.
It means that power and those tools
have increased ten fold in the last year
over what they were ten years ago,
during which period of time
they increased ten fold what they had been
a hundred years earlier.
More importantly, it means that the
power and tools of thought control
will increase IN THE NEXT YEAR -
ten times - yes, ten times -
over what you saw demonstrated in the above video.
The situation has become so serious -
that a new term has appeared in the literature.
This phenomenon is called the "infocalypse".
One associated phenomenom, largely unheard of a decade ago,
is "fake news".>
Thought largely to be the domain of
Twitter, FaceBook, and such,
it is actually the dominant stock in trade
of the MSM -
having the goal of preventing the public
of being aware of, or concerned about matters
that are extremely important.

"—falsehoods were still 70 percent more likely to get retweeted than accurate news."
The point that I am making here -
is that the so called accurate news -
is still fake news.
It is MSM generated and promotede subjects
that have the purpose of keeping people
from thinking about what is important.
You of course heard about
the 17 students shot at Parkland School in Florida,
much about the shooter,
and the deputy that did not go in.
In the days to come
you are likely to hear about
the Spring Fever activities
as students shout and wave signs -
and find excuses to skip classes -
(although it will not be labeled in the way.)
Most people are less likely
to hear about Britain having expelled
23 Russian Diplomats
and still less likely about
Russia expelling diplomats in retaliation.
There are many other news items
that I would think of still more significance.
There are numbers of analysts who state that
things are the most critical they have been -
since the Cold War.
And yes, just today - there is a Deep State
connection between this and the Donald Trump
Russian probe.
While I am not saying I believe this -
or anything else.
DEBKAfile Special Report (March 16)
With the inquiry into the attempted murder of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, 66 and his daughter, Yulia, 33, in Salisbury, producing new sensations, it was revealed on Saturday that the apparently retired former Russian spy, who for ten years passed secrets to British intelligence, continued to meet his "British handler" once a month at a Salisbury restaurant. The murder probe also sprang an American dimension. He was discovered to have been close to a consultant who worked with the firm of the former British spy Christopher Steele, who was named in the Mueller investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Steele was found to have built a damaging dossier against candidate Donald Trump out of materials provided by sources close to Hillary Clinton. It now appears that, far from dropping out of his former calling and living quietly in Salisbury, the former GRU colonel-turned-British spy continued to provide services to foreign intelligence services.
While the deaths from the Florida shooting were sad -
as well as the cummulative deaths from
other school shootings -
the total toll is nothing compared to
student drug overdose -
or even traffic deaths.
It is a matter of holding things in perspective.
If one is truly concerned about the death of children
then they should look at this 30 minute documentary.
Most of us have 10 fingers and 10 toes
so that they should be able to figure the difference -
as to which is the more significant -
school deaths or the legal murder of children.
The MSM simply determines
what will hold the public's attention -
and divert it from issues
that are truly life and death significant
such as the clock on this page.
It is a Three Ring Circus
"So now turn your attention to Ring Number One" -
the Ring Master says -
through his MSM megaphone:
as the the spotlight goes on -
on that ring and -
the rest of the rings go dark.
The Ring Master is of course
The Deep State
and its megaphone is
the the MSM (Main Stream Media}
If things become really serious -
the CIA may bring in the clowns
and stage a false flag -
or even the assassination of a president.
Donald well knows this and it is why
it is essential to him -
to move his people into those spots.

You may wonder
how the Deep State Controls the MSM.
Be assured the MSM has no idea that it is
controlled by the Deep State.
One simply has to be a true believer
or they will never get promoted.
It is like being a Catholic Cardinal.
To get that far one had no doubt about
the Catholic Church
versus Protestant Churches
or Islam.
One does not start out as the lowliest parish priest -
with any such doubts -
any more than one becomes a reporter
in any MSM American publication with any doubts
about America being the best - the greatest -
that there ever has been.
But the Deep State goals?
No reporter thinks themselves a Deep State pawn.
Most would think the Deep State a fiction.
It has just recently become an accepted term.
The DEEP STATE -
or more correctly -
A DEEP STATE -
exists in every country.
Its voice, decision makers,
at the top visible levels,
simply think it the normal state of affairs.
They recognize themselves as
fortunate and effective chosen ones -
who would not think of betraying its
policies or actions -
to the undeserving, incapable masses,
for whom they are the guardians and true benefactors.
This is true -
whether in
North Korea,
China,
Russia,
Great Britain,
the US -
or any other country.
The chosen media in the US -
proud of their position -
and importance -
in firms whose ownership has been traced back
(by those called the conspiracy theorists)
to the CIA -
are said to receive a fax at 4a.m. each morning
telling the day's talking points.
Here is a fun one. Only one minute long.

MANY such examples.
The scary thing today -
is the new tools that are springing up.
All to multiply ten fold in the next year.
Comprehension of them is slowly leaking down.
The Deep State Powers of

and who loses.
Not only in the market place -
but in the market place of ideas.
Analysis shows how they just now
quashed net equality.
Do you think that there is any chance -

but over elections, social movements,
and thought itself - both private and public.

of Washington, D.C. before either
ending up dead or going to
Whistle Blower Prison?
Were you aware of the British couple
that were just awarded
3 Billion dollars.
(Yes - that is Billion - Three thousand Million)
from Google because Google stole their business.
Three much bigger lawsuits are in progress.
(Oracle etc.) So, there are battles among giants --
but do they really affect you and I?
So, how do you find the Truth?
Well, not in this illusionary world.
The deceivers themselves
are the most deceived -
because there are none so deceived -
as those who do realize they are deceived.
If the illusions of this world satisfy you -
then you may as well pop the blue pill -
relax and enjoy the ride.
Time and again -
I try to get the readers here
to seek the path to Truth.
Seldom am I successful.
There are undoubtedly many matrix memes -
from 1984 onwards,
with which you are familiar -
but yes, once again -
the reality is that what we see
is illusionary -
and once again -
I extend my offer to disclose the portals.
Few will accept.
Aside from the multitudes that are indifferent
(which is the unlikely case
for most of the readers of this newsletters)
almost everyone else falls to one of
two extremes -
and I know of no way to break anyone's veil -
although I never cease trying.
The two extreme veils
under which most everyone falls
is that they are followers of either
the False Prophet
or
the Anti-Christ.
Those under the influence of the first -
will deny the existence of either
- and those under the influence of the latter
are totally convinced
that they are followers of The True Christ -
and that it is actual followers of Christ
that have fallen short.
The more convinced of both categories -
Followers of the False Prophet
and
Followers of the Anti-Christ
are so convinced of the rightness
of their positions -
that they both describe those of the other camp
as being dumb, stupid, evil -
and this is one of the first and foremost indicators
that you are talking to adherents of
one of those camps.
In all the confusion
one may well be inclined to just give up.
One of the sources quoted above speaks of:
“reality apathy”:
where:
"Beset by a torrent of constant misinformation, people simply start to give up."
People begin to say:
"What difference does the reality make, anyway."
For those who have reached that point:
I have no response.

The Coming Week at Ark Two This may be the last newsletter
for a while - (or not inconceivably) even ever.
which is the reason I have gone "ALL OUT"
with "the Message" -
although I realize it irritates many -
when I do.

I am scheduled for surgery on Wednesday.
It has suddenly been moved up
from the earlier announced
end of the month.
This is is the fourth repeat
of this surgery.
There is a spectrum of opinion
as to how serious it is.
The doctor just pointed on the screen
a half dozen places where he said:
"I am going to take this and this and this."
He just sort of grunted -
to the optimistic prognosis
that I tried to provide,
but gave me no further explanation
or expectation of consequences.
It was the pre-surgery nurse -
who said to me that, "He is taking it all",
and indicated that I would probably
be in the hospital for a while -
and sometime in recovering.
My alternate plan is -
"Trust in God",
and
we shall see.

Nevertheless,
being of a practical nature (me?)
I have arranged for a burial plot
for Jean and myself (and final arrangements).
I have gotten all four sets of taxes filed -
something I sometimes get years behind on -
and I got my daughter for the first time
to do the actual signing and filing
on the corporation -
so that there will be continuity,
should that prove necessary.
I have given my daughter
access to the bank account -
made sure all the bills were paid and current -
as I can - except for property taxes
which are always my bete noire.
Numerous family and friends
are marshalling resources
to look after Jean -
during my absence.
This may all sound very pessimistic -
but my actual plan is -
OPTIMISM!
Hopefully, you will hear from me -
in a week or two.

Storms Rage - Elsewhere

This was what has become an ordinary week
for the world.
Bombs fall.
People die.
Refugees suffer terribly.
Unfortunately, it has become so ordinary
that it is not news,
so I will report no details here -
as none would remember them anyway.

I spent hours reading lengthy
studies, reports, speculations, by
generals, diplomats, think tanks, and numerous others
explaining why the world is in a worsening crisis -
that there is no way out of.
Again -
hardly news.
We just don't know when.
Some think sooner than others.
I don't know any today who think never.
Varying opinions also as to what and how.
It has all been endlessly reported and debated.
Although the discussion increases in volume
both in quantity and tone -
while most think near -
there are really none to dispute - nearer.

This Last Week at Ark Two Winter appears to have broken,
although it is quite usual for us to get
large brief (4 or 5 day) giant snow storms
as late as April.
Was great this last weekend to have
a large crew get out and work on the shelter.
They got the wooden stairway lowered down
over the cliff
and properly leveled.
Lots more work to do on that -
but definitely a step in the right direction -
and that is a wonderful pun.
On sadder side - across the street -
today giant backhoe taking down John's house
from the fire two weeks ago.
One fire that I am fighting here
is my computer -
but I have had to just give up on it
until Fred or Andrew come by to fix it.
If I continue to do more on it -
it will reach a point no one can fix it.
All software problem as far as I can tell.
I will be away all day Thursday -
for presurgery.
Surgery scheduled end of month.
Everything has its timing -
but not that we are meant to understand it.
Back to the brighter side.
Another big crew scheduled for this Sunday.
I stand in awe about things.
But I have no idea,
as to how everything is working out -
towards what.
Biggest issue here is Andrew getting the software working -
so that I can continue on the LERN program.
Not that it would do any good tomorrow.
I am swamped with Corporate tax things
that have to be done before I go to the hospital.

Destiny Divine

You will find this weeks news strange -
in that I am largely just republishing
what I wrote last week.
The reason is -
that things have not changed.
Just worsened.
Much worsened.
With Turkey, Iran, Syria, Pakistan.

Last week I discussed two statements by Henry Kissinger
about the pressure upon DT to strike NK.
In November, the improved version of the GBU-57 was deemed ready for battlefield use, according to a Pentagon report cited by Anthony Capaccio of Bloomberg News. Then, in January, the Air Force transferred three B-2 stealth bombers and their crews from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri to Andersen Air Force Base on Guam, in the Western Pacific. Although described as a normal rotational shift intended to showcase US airpower in the Pacific, it is impossible to view this move without considering possible plans for attacks on North Korea.
There are so many concerned that there are two bills currently before Congress, HR 4837, the “No Unconstitutional Strike against North Korea Act,” and its Senate version, S. 2016; both prohibit the president from launching a first strike against North Korea or otherwise engaging US armed forces in hostilities with the North without a declaration of war or explicit statutory authorization by Congress.
China has not been non-responsive
China Strengthens Missile Defense Near N.Korean Border
---On Jan. 24, Taiwan's Central News Agency reported that the 78th Group Army, the first Chinese military unit that would cross the border into the North in the event of a war on the Korean Peninsula, has been armed with newest surface-to-air missiles against South Korean and U.S. aircraft and missiles.
Military units in Yanbian were relocated from Heilongjiang Province, thus adding 300,000 troops along the border, the source added.
On Friday, China’s state-run People’s Daily newspaper reported that Beijing ,,, establishing nuclear monitoring stations throughout the world,
Massive Chinese Military actions of developing, testing,
and equipping its military with new hardware -
PLUS for the first time -
establishing military bases
outside of China.
Russia should not go unnoticed.
Reportedly, 200 Russian fighters were killed last week
by US backed troops -
and Russia is taking matters to the UN about the
US coalition airstrike.
The Jerusalem Press says that
things are the most intense for Israel
that they have been in forty years.
I mention not the Deep State chasing DT.
Nor, something similar with Netanyahu in Israel.

and also gave substantial help.
Still no email address book -
and of this moment -
email not working again at all.
Took Andrew and David's help
to gain access to the FTP server -
so that this email could go out.
Each day a bit more of the computer functions.
Still fragile.
Still possible some other computing event
will bring down the whole house of cards.
With all the helpers -
computer and shelter-wise -
my optimism increases
that we may pull it altogether.

Jean's Corner

The Past, The Present, The Future Surprise - a Jean Corner this week. Doubt that this will fit into the current format. Someone else was to help Jean write her corner this week - but then that didn't work out. Next there appeared in our news sources the following item: For 400 years, the Turks of the Ottoman empire ruled over Jerusalem. Something funny happened to change that in 1917. Think about that a moment.... Dec 1917- 100 years ago. General Edmund Allenby marched in. When the muzzies heard"Allenby" was coming, they thought it was the hand of "Allah". They ran. I asked Jean if she would like for me to write an article about that, because it is something that often comes up in the chain of historical events. She agreed and so here is the following:

The story that surrounds Major Wellesley Tudor Pole (not a major at that time) but later, Founder of the Armistice Day Convention of Minute of Silence at 11/11/11:11 - Co-implementor with Lawrence of Arabia, as General Allenby's attaches - charged with implementing the secret and subversive double dealing Sykes–Picot_Agreement (versus the public Balfour agreement) (Lawrence on the Arabic side) and (Tudor on Jewish side). Later, Tudor Pole became, the intervener on behalf of Abdu'l-Baha, in His rescue from the Arabs, and eventual messenger to the (not yet) Guardian with the news of the passing of Abdu'l-Baha. The thread of history is infinitely long - and intricately woven into the destiny of humanity - and events in the lives of those particular but unaware individuals that become the fulcrum of determining events. Captain, or perhaps it was even Lieutenant, (or leftenant as the British would say) Wellesley Tudor Pole who became aware, during his mission to nascent modern Israel, of the Arab plot to capture, imprison, and execute Abdu'l-Baha. It was by family connection that Pole knew some ladies married to very influential members of the British Parliament and their husbands were then able to have it ordered that Allenby undertake the longest land excursion ever undertaken by the British Army, in order to rescue Abdu'l-Baha. General Allenby had acquired the admiration of many of the Arabs - because aside from the significance of his name - he had not in 1917 entered Jerusalem as head of a conquering army - but had dismounted at the gate and walked in - in humility and recognition of the status of Jerusalem. Years earlier, one night, Turkey had ships sitting in Haifa Harbor - ready to arrest Abdu'l-Baha the next morning - when news of The Young Turk Revolution (July 1908) reached them that night and they suddenly sailed away, abandoning their mission - freeing Him from decades as a prisoner and permitting Him in 1912 to travel to the US. When General Allenby finally reached Abdu'l-Baha, in Haifa, he had completely outrun his supply lines. "Have you any food for my men?', he asked. "Your men and your horses also", was Abdu'l-Baha's reply, because four years earlier he had brought back large quantities of wheat and other seed from America - and now had the resources to feed the army. For this He was knighted by the Queen of England. But now, this week, we come once again full-circle to Erdogan's audacious plans for Turkey / Jerusalem / Israel. How few recognize the long interwoven threads of history -- from the time that Abraham first purchased the threshing floor - in obedience to the Command from God, to David's building of Solomon's Temple, and the prophecies given about it by Jesus. So many see it in different ways. The Pope expects Jerusalem to be the Throne to Jesus. Erdogan sees it as key to re-establishment of the Ottaman Empire, and unification of the Muslims. The joyful Extreme Orthdox Jews in there singing and dancing - saying it and Israel is without significance until the First Coming of the Messiah. Netanyahu claims it as the perpetual capital of Israel, observed at each Seder as - "Next year in Jerusalem". Jeremiah 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart. Passover in 2018 will start on Saturday, the 31st of March 2018 and will continue for 7 days until Friday, the 6th of April. To War or Not To War?
That is the Question.

Maybe not your question -
but the most consuming question
to the key American decision makers.

If the US is attacked -
well then it is a no brainer,
the US will respond.
So far, no country has shown
such lack of brains as to militarily strike the US.
The US is not about to be invaded.
This reduces then to the question of -
why should the US start a war with another country?
The official answers are:
1. American Interests
2. Pre-emptive action protects
Much emphasis on the latter -
has been talked about in the last week
regarding the US Nuclear Posture Review
and other sources.
Kissinger once wrote,
“(T)he weak grow strong by effrontery.
The strong grow weak through inhibition.”
No sentence better captures the U.S.-North Korea relationship.
Last week I discussed two statements by Henry Kissinger
about the pressure upon DT to strike NK.
In November, the improved version of the GBU-57 was deemed ready for battlefield use, according to a Pentagon report cited by Anthony Capaccio of Bloomberg News. Then, in January, the Air Force transferred three B-2 stealth bombers and their crews from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri to Andersen Air Force Base on Guam, in the Western Pacific. Although described as a normal rotational shift intended to showcase US airpower in the Pacific, it is impossible to view this move without considering possible plans for attacks on North Korea.
There are so many concerned that there are two bills currently before Congress, HR 4837, the “No Unconstitutional Strike against North Korea Act,” and its Senate version, S. 2016; both prohibit the president from launching a first strike against North Korea or otherwise engaging US armed forces in hostilities with the North without a declaration of war or explicit statutory authorization by Congress.
China has not been non-responsive
China Strengthens Missile Defense Near N.Korean Border
---On Jan. 24, Taiwan's Central News Agency reported that the 78th Group Army, the first Chinese military unit that would cross the border into the North in the event of a war on the Korean Peninsula, has been armed with newest surface-to-air missiles against South Korean and U.S. aircraft and missiles.
Military units in Yanbian were relocated from Heilongjiang Province, thus adding 300,000 troops along the border, the source added.
On Friday, China’s state-run People’s Daily newspaper reported that Beijing ,,, establishing nuclear monitoring stations throughout the world,
Massive Chinese Military actions of developing, testing,
and equipping its military with new hardware -
PLUS for the first time -
establishing military bases
outside of China.
Russia should not go unnoticed.
Reportedly, 200 Russians were killed this week
by US backed troops -
and Russia is taking matters to the UN about the
US coalition airstrike.
The Jerusalem Press says that
things are the most intense for Israel
that they have been in forty years.
I mention not Pakistan.
Nor the Deep State chasing DT.
Nor, as of today -
something similar with Netanyahu in Israel.
Too early to analyze.
Nor the stock market -
nor many other things -
but in the past -
for all American presidencies
the solution to all insurmountable crises -
has been war.
War has always been the American way.

This Week at Ark Two Catastrophe.

Neighbor across the street -
who has always been a great help -
was completely burned out.
Two additional trips to surgeons.
Both of whom want to operate -
one on the prostate scheduling soon -
one on the eyes wanting to -
but won't because it is too dangerous
with my having only one eye already.
Paul with us for ten days.
We brought in last of wood tonight -
that will last us three days.
Have to try to figure out that one tomorrow.
NO! None of these are great problems.
We are preparing for great problems.
This is just part of the preparation.
Mustn't let small things over concern us.

Need More Be Said?

Traditionally in Christianity there is the idea
that Gabriel will blow a trumpet on the Last Day.
This was portrayed in the 1945 movie
"The Horn Blows At Midnight"
by Jack Benny who considered it his greatest failure.
Even then the idea was not popular.
Nevertheless, the idea has continued to be expressed
by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists
in the Doomsday Clock which appears on their cover.
The last time the clock was so close to midnight was in 1953,
when the US and the Soviet Union were engaged in a nuclear arms race.
Nothing like that going on now. (sarcasm).
Last week the clock was set to
Two Minutes Before Midnight -
as close as it has ever been -
but IMHO not close enough.
It should have been moved at least
to a minute more forward, or less.
Still - the REALITY has been greeted by the general public -
with grand indifference -
although there was some excitement
about the False Alarm in Hawaii -
that was INTENTIONALLY (although erroneously) sounded.

The great concern about the False Alarm -
is that it took 38 minutes to correct it.
That is including the time it took to determine
that it had been erroneously sent. Among all the procedures -
there was really no procedure for correcting a false alarm.
People were particularly angered that Trump
(who was on the golf course)
didn't promptly tweet that all was okay.
Trump probably never heard about it -
until a considerable time afterward -
like everyone else elsewhere.
There is really no procedure in place
to tell the president that a false alarm has been sounded,
somewhere.
When the president is alerted by an alarm -
there are all sorts of procedures -
to try to determine whether it is false or not.
It is all a part of the reason why
that the alarm system is NONSENSE.
When a launch is detected by some military service person -
at some console somewhere -
they don't immediately ring up the president -
no matter where he may be.
How many levels of command
do you suppose it may go through
before someone rings the president's phone
in the middle of the night?
How many person's will have said -
"Are you sure?"
"How has this been verified?"
AND don't you suppose the president will say
the same thing?
Or do you think he we will just wake up out of his sleep -
and IMMEDIATELY say-
"Press the RED BUTTON" -
(and tell everyone we are under attack).
All of that is nonsense.
It would take more than twenty-minutes,
no matter what hole he was on -
on the golf course,
or in the bathroom.
In actuality the 20 minutes time from launch -
is not realistic.
The first launch would most likely come from
an off-the-coast submarine -
and it would only be three or four minutes to impact.
THERE WILL BE NO WARNING!
And even after it impacts
you may never hear about it.
Information and communication systems
will have broken down.
If there is an EMP -
the most likely first action -
all you will know is that your power is off -
and not why.
No noise, no mushroom clouds, nothing -
if you are not close enough to hear them.

But in Hawaii -
they were running in the streets.
I saw videos of dead out running
by hundreds of people.
Where were they going?
Many went and got in their bathtub.
I kid you not.

Okay, so many will find the news so far
to be entertaining -
but totally unimportant.
Many REALLY IMPORTANT things DID happened
THIS WEEK. One of the REALLY IMPORTANT things was the
US NPR Nuclear Posture Review
in which the US told the Russians
how the US would respond to any nuclear usage -
AND IN FACT -
that the US would be the first to use nuclear -
should it deem it necessary to do so.
One of the new things in the new NPR -
is that US is going to make some tiny nuclear weapons -
about the size that they used on Hiroshima -
that they will now use occasionally hither or thither -
(as they feel necessary)
without the intention of starting a nuclear war.
China and Russia
had some pointed responses.
This week Henry Kissinger
(if you are too young that you don't remember
who he is -
that is okay - because he is just an old guy
in his 90s -
that doesn't make decisions anymore) -
but anyway THIS WEEK Henry said --

a “pre-emptive attack” against North Korea is a “strong” possibility

The intensity of world affairs
continues on many fronts. Here is another little memo from Henry,
this week:

As an example of this:
The US Government has talked for many years
about developing a rail gun.
If you don't know what that means -
it is too long (a little pun) to explain today.

both by the US and others.
Laser weapons and electromagnetic weapons.

The SpaceX Falcon Heavy brand new rocket
is set to launch for the first time ever
on February 6,
having the capability of carrying the

"It is an evil plot by the Democrats to get rid of Trump."
I just read the commentary -
to decide which side it is by -
and have been invariably right when I have looked.
You know my position.
It is all a Deep State thing.

Pyongyang on Tuesday announced that the first day of the Olympics,
will be a national holiday celebrating its army,
carrying the prospect of a high-profile demonstration
and a tacit threat as the world assembles for the games.
The CIA will be watching.
US Government shutdown because of Budget.
Don't be mislead by the headline.
Oh, never mind nothing to keep one awake at night.
I have much worse budgetary problems -
and I can't print money.
Much confrontation in Turkey -
a Russian plane shot down yesterday
in Syria -
with Israel about Jerusalem -
it is killing to be a Kurd -- literally, -
just like so much
so many places elsewhere.

This Week at Ark Two Yep, the German video crew came,
for three days.
Drone and all.
This is the third day
for the fifteen member film crew
that is supposed to complete this evening
in heavy falling snow -
and 45Kmh winds.
Nothing inside the shelter of course
makes one aware of this
and even their supper is being served there.
Sometime near midnight - when they wrap -
if the highways are closed by the wind
they may have to stay overnight again -
at the hall.
This has been an intense week -
with four straight days of Internet and Email
failure.
The last two weeks and the week to come
have been medically intense weeks also
with trips to doctors and emergency.
Fortunately there have usually been drivers available.
An appointment to see a neurologist
that it had taken six months to arrange
went strangely.
There turned out to be nine neurologists
in the clinic which turned out to be a
Pain Reduction Clinic.
I told the the young neurologist -
who was about as young and beautiful
as my great granddaughter
that this was all so totally unfair.
She asked, "How so?"
I replied,
"Because all these people out there are
in serious pain and wanting some medicine
to help them -
and I am in Zero Pain and don't want any medicine."
"Why are you here then?", she asked.
"Because I want to know the prognosis of my Parkinson's",
I replied.
"You don't have Parkinsons", she said.
I thought that went well.
I had almost cancelled,
but now I was glad that I hadn't.
LOTS more help needed with Ark Two -

Something is Happening!

To put this into perspective -
this is BIG!
It is beyond my comprehension,
but I will give you the facts as I know them -
and you can reach your own conclusion.

The US Government is shut down.
For whatever that means.
Not much so far as I can tell -
but CNN has a clock on it -
much like was done in
the Carter 444 Iran hostage days.
Fact #2
The Trump State of the Union speech
before the joint session of Congress
is January 30th - 9 days from today.
Fact #3
What is called "The nuclear Option"
hangs over Congress -
where Senate Rules could be changed
from 60% of the vote to 51%,
which Trump wants, and other key people
say, "No",
but word is that some are preparing it -
all to get the budget passed.
Fact #4
Whether "no budget" is a ploy -
to embarrass Trump -
or Trump will use it as a ploy -
to get his will with Congress -
is undetermined.
Fact #5
Is the MEMO.
If you read nothing else in this issue -
READ THIS!
Fact #6
In the previous two issues
I have delineated the DEEP STATE
plans A, B, and C.
Plan A is obviously in full swing
as you watch the Mueller Hearing news -
and listen to the "Russia / Trump" conspiracy -
all of which the "The Memo" is supposed
to eradicate.
And Plan B with its 25th Amendment ploy
of the US Constitution
was pretty much averted by the Medical Exam this week.

The Deep State is in a dither
because so far Trump has out gamed it -
or is gaining a compromise on his terms.

Kim Jong-un may be trying to game Donald Trump
by talking all peace and roses -
about the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in South Korea
from Friday, February 9 to Sunday, February 25,
but Donald this week moved
six more nuclear bombers to Guam
to top off the 24 sent earlier.
Parking must be becoming a problem.

All of this before the State of the Union speech -
in 9 days.

is reflected in the activity at Ark Two. Last several weeks have been filled with visitors.
Team of Five came Thursday -
and two kindly took me to emergency
and stayed with me for the day -
while the rest worked on a project.
Media crew due here this weekend from Germany -
(actually also broadcasts into Belgium and Switzerland).
Supplementary crew from Canadian College to assist them.
We are also asking a number of members
to work on projects while they are here.
Things are happening.
Timing, timing, timing.
9 days to The State of the Union.
Thirty days longer to keep all those birds -
sitting on Guam.
The favorite song there must be -
"I wanna go home."
What do you think?
I think China is showing more and more irritation
about US ships in the Area.
I think the Korea smiles may not be sincere.
I think that some poor folk is the US
impacted by the closed down government -
may react to being so stressed.
