So What Happened?
"The 20th came and went - and nothing happened!" These are the words that two
separate correspondents wrote to me. I noted also a similar observation on one of
the news forums that I monitor, saying that since the downing of MH17, everything
has been relatively quiet.
Reminds me of the story of two gentlemen of the dark persuasion who were
aficionados of the razor knives. Upon meeting in an alley they fell into an
altercation and one swiped with his razor at the other. "Hah! you missed me", said
the swipee. "Think so?" was the reply of the swiper, "just shake your head!"
I am not the only one to hold the opposite opinion about the intensity of current
events, because I note numbers of writers remarking upon the acceleration of
events. Acknowledged, however, that the MSM and most of the public do not seem to
be aware.
Here is my list of what has occurred surrounding the 20th:
US and Israel versus Iran
July 20th was the redline date (so far as Israel is concerned) for a
satisfactory (to Israel) agreement between Iran and the US/EU regarding Iran's
nuclear activity.
The six month July deadline was set on January 20th, and while it has now
been extended to November 24th, (a month before Christmas Eve) without
Israel's consent.
BUT - in Israel's eyes, the redline has now been crossed, and action against
Iran will be justified when circumstances require and permit.

US and Ukraine versus Russia
Of note also, is that one day prior to the 20th, this poke in the eye of
the Russian bear in a note from Kyiv, on July 19, 2014. The United States
Congress passed a Russian Aggression Prevention Act (RAPA) of 2014, which granted
Ukraine together with Moldova, and Georgia major non-NATO ally status. The
legislation authorizes the transfer of military assistance to Ukraine, including
the anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons and small arms, based on the needs and the
assessment of capabilities of Ukrainian Armed Forces, reads the document. It also
encourages the U.S. government to share intelligence with Ukraine.
The Act was submitted by the expert commission and adopted by the U.S. Congress in
two readings on July 17. The legislation stipulates the increase of the
U.S. Armed Forces interactions and NATO security assistance to Ukraine,
Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and post-Yugoslavia republics: Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia.
It may be that the Ukraine will be needing some assistance in that in the last
couple of days Russia has begun well targeted artillery fire across the border
from Russia into the Ukraine. I say well targeted on the basis of viewing numerous
photos of total destruction (reportedly occurring this week) of various groupings
of Ukrainian military equipment.
Add to this reports that the Ukraine government is collapsing and will be out of
money on August 1, to pay military. Numerous leaders have resigned from the
Ukrainian government and the Ukrainian parliament is no longer formally
functioning. Some see all this, besides large build-up of Russian troops facing
the Ukraine border, as indication that Russia is about to invade.
But, not to worry - Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff,
stated two days ago on July 24, at the Aspen Security Forum, in Aspen,
Colorado, that:
“We’re looking inside our own readiness models to look at things that we haven’t
had to look at for 20 years...We’re not sitting still.”
US versus China
This just in from the Associated Press, 12 hours ago, as I write this newsletter:
WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. says China has tested a missile designed to destroy
satellites and is urging Beijing to refrain from destabilizing actions.
As a part of the China scene - "India, Japan, and the United States gathered with
warships, submarines, aircrafts, and helicopters in the north-western Pacific on
Thursday to start their trilateral Malabar naval exercise -- an annual event that
has been primarily a bilateral U.S.-Indian operation since 1992 (WSJ, Times of
India, The Hindu, Economic Times). This year is the third time Japan is taking
part in the exercise. The "harbor phase" of the exercise will begin on July
24 and the "sea phase" will begin on July 27.
I do hope that you note the date, that this is in addition to the CINPAC war
games, and that it is something that does not please China - at all.
Also on July 24, I found the following: The Chinese aggression in the South
China Sea has created A WIDESPREAD BELIEF THAT WAR IS NOT ONLY POSSIBLE BUT
THAT IT IS IMMINENT. A recent opinion poll in the region found that over
60 percent of the people in nations bordering the South China Sea feared Chinese
aggression and the war it might trigger. A similar percentage of Chinese agreed.
US versus Korea
Likewise, North Korea fired a short-range ballistic missile into waters off its
east coast on Saturday (the 26th), a South Korean defense official said,
adding to its high number of weapons tests this year. The launch came on the eve
of the 61st anniversary of the signing of an armistice that ended the Korean War.
A day before the 61st anniversary (of the Korean War Armistice Agreement, July
27, 1953) North Korea has threatened to lash out at the United States. The
Armistice is a truce, not a treaty, and so consequentially, in international legal
terms, the war has never ended.
US versus Libya
I don't really even know how to read these things - but there is this: : RT

I have read about the planned air space closure elsewhere, and similar
speculations regarding the meaning - accompanied by dire speculations as to what
this will mean for the world.
It has been a bad week for air travel. The loss of the second Malaysian 777, the
crash of Air Algerie, plus Taiwan TransAsia Flight, and even a supposed terrorist
event causing a return of a Panama bound jet to the Toronto airport. On top of
this was the cancellation of many flights and airlines servicing Israel - because
of the threat there.
Oh!Oh! The following just in and lends credibility to the anticipated
coming clash. The United States suspended operations at its embassy in Libya
Saturday (today as I am writing this) and evacuated its diplomats to
neighboring Tunisia under U.S. military escort amid a significant deterioration in
security in Tripoli as fighting intensified between rival militias, the State
Department said.
US and Jordan versus ISIS
Here is a totally new acceleration, reported yesterday July 25th, from
AMMAN: Jordan shot down a drone on Friday as it flew over the northeastern region
of Mafraq, near the border with Syria, a security official said.
In the first such incident since the conflict erupted in neighboring Syria in
2011, “the Jordanian armed forces shot down an unidentified drone with a missile
as it flew over Mafraq,” the official told AFP.
“It was a violation of Jordan’s airspace. Jordan will take measures at a high
level after identifying the drone.” Well, that doesn't say it was ISIS, but ISIS
said it was going to invade Jordan. More disturbing to the King is that some
groups inside Jordan have said that they will align with ISIS.
US versus Syria
Do you remember how a few weeks ago the news was nothing but Syria, and now it is
almost nothing about Syria? Syria has not gone away. It has just become worse.
Much worse. There were 700 killed in 48 hours in Syria a couple of days ago -
1700 in the week. Compare that to Gaza. In just two days, in this week alone, as
many deaths as what has occurred total now in almost three weeks in Gaza. But
what do you hear about? More than that, this fighting with ISIS in Syria is
expected to accelerate and is combined with a lot of Muslim groups in-fighting
that is going on.
US and Iraq versus ISIS
This remains the central ISIS battlefield of the moment. An analysis, city by
city, and faction by faction, and battle by battle, goes beyond the scope of what
I can get into - in dealing with an overview as I am trying to do. Needless to
say, Iran is a very big player here also - bringing in elite troops to confront
ISIS in Iraq, and to protect the Shiites there. Also Russia, in providing Iraq
with a viable air force - something the US declined to do.
US and Saudi Arabia versus ISIS
I saw pictures of what seemed to me to be an astounding fire this week at the
Grand Mosque in Mecca (Islam's Holiest site). Given that ISIS is on a rampage of
destroying shrines and had vowed to destroy the Kabba, because in their view
Muslims were only worshipping stones and not God, this seemed very significant.
The news from Mecca down plays all this, saying they don't know the cause of the
fire. Nevertheless, Isis did destroy a number of Mosques this week, mostly Shiite,
but also some Sunni, and it destroyed a number of very old Christian shrines
including excluding the monks from a monastery that they had operated for 1400
years.
For the present, the US and Saudi Arabia remain tied at the hip allies, but we are
seeing more and more factions from Saudi Arabia assisting ISIS on various fronts.
It is all such a mixed bag with Hamas being supplied by Iran and ISIS is Gaza and
Iran fighting ISIS in Syria. It is becoming more and more difficult to determine
whose side anyone is on. The US itself was largely the initial creator of both
ISIS and Al-Qaeda. It gives millions to Hamas and the Palestinians. Supports the
Nazis in the Ukraine and does joint war games with China. Go figure.
The Next Big Upcoming Event
The big upcoming event is the end of Ramadan on Monday, July 28th, and the
first post-Ramadan Mosque speeches on Friday August 1st. I am giving
a week after that for things to continue momentum - and those who tell me that so
far they see nothing in any of the above, may then note some changes in their
lives.
Some tell me that this is just the new normal, but my reply is that this is NOT
normal. No, it is unique. There has never been such a simultaneous build-up on so
many fronts - in the history of the world. And if you look back through those
dates that I have highlighted, you will note that it all centers around July
28th, 2014 - the hundredth anniversary of the beginning of Armageddon on
July 28th, 1914.
This is the date, surrounded by events, that I have told you about for many
months. It is the fulfillment of a prophecy that mankind would be given a hundred
years to gain spiritual control of itself, which it has obviously failed to do.
What we now await is the LAST GREAT BATTLE OF ARMAGGEDON, sometime after that date
- and then The Great Catastrophe.
I know that many do not want to hear about this. How soon it will be - I do not
know, but now it can be anytime. As of Tuesday, the prophesied delay, that
I have talked about for many months, will be past.
The Economic Financial Scene
What would give events a very significant push would be an economic crisis in the
US, as is already happening in numerous countries in the world with hyper-
inflation, bank bail-ins, and massive unemployment. Much of this has been
disguised in the US, but I am hearing numerous warnings about food cost inflations
this Fall in the US, because of shortages created by the US droughts in
California. Imports could cushion the blow, but already numerous financial
maneuverings are taking place that it is beyond my power to comprehend.
The formula - Economic / Financial / Social Collapse in the US will create
International instability that will cumulate in World War Three - seems quite
credible to me.
The BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South America) are taking such dramatic
financial / monetary actions against the BIS (Bank of International Settlements -
UK/US/EU the world reserve currency), like the world has never seen.
Germany is very angered that the US has not / will not return its gold deposits
and so it is increasing its alliance with Russia, as Europe faces for the coming
winter a developing gas delivery crises from/through the Ukraine.
Russia in the face of increasing sanctions, is increasing its military readiness
and actions, and is opening old outposts in Cuba and elsewhere.
In Summary
Okay, so what I report here is for the most part not the perception that one would
get from the MSM or their friends and neighbors.
With thanks to Rich, I would like to give you this real life analogy of our world in the next few weeks. We
should be so lucky.
But in real life, Lucky Ducky is about to do a U-turn and go back across
its same old path. If you can't bear to watch, you can close your eyes, but you
can't change channels.
Happenings At Ark Two
Activity here is intense, but I am not hearing from any great number of people
that they plan to come and help sometime during the August 1st - 12th time
period. I picked those dates in part because they were the earliest after July
28th that made sense, and anything much later will conflict with families who
have children returning to school. But do email me NOW if you are willing to come
