Over the years I have seen: a. scanned images of government contracts for tornado and weather control. b. photographs/video of the inside of chemtrail planes c. an official Air Force sign at Wright Patterson Air Force base that said: "We control the weather". Weather control is a very touchy subject. If you bring rain to one area's drought crops you are going to rain on someone else's parade. What the solution is for one area's drought can be a flood for another. You generally don't want to be held responsible. We had a local situation regarding the putting up of 128 windmills in our township. I went to the government held hearing with a protesting Mohawk friend who proclaimed that the wind belonged to them. When I told Jean about this, her reply was, "They want be careful about claiming that. The next time there is a tornado someone may sue them." I am going to talk about some other strange coincidence(?)s. Jean and I were there in the transportation system for the London bombing. It was disconcerting to learn later the well documented fact that a drill/exercise was scheduled for that exact same day and hour depicting the exact same types of events that took place. That same coincidence was documented regarding 9/11. Some people put these into the category of false flag operations - but that is not where I am going because it just gets too weird. Hey! I can handle weird - I even know about Shroedinger's cat and Einstein's clocks changing speed. But still--. Anyway, I keep a running file of upcoming events. Like the Bilderberger's meeting just past, that I tell you about. Lots of things of that sort go into my file for my upcoming newsletters. Many/most of them I don't tell you about. Right now there are a lot of predictions about what the stock/bond market is going to do next week. Sometime - something exciting will happen there and I will miss it - but there are just too many misses for me to report them. There are lots of curious things that I could send on to you - like the cell phone video of the US Marines convoy headed to Syria. True - not boots on the ground - but rims rolling right along. Lots of stuff like that never makes the MSM - and I thought the cell phone important enough to send along without any comment but I got a lot of flack about it not being verified (meaning MSM hadn't said it) and that it looked made up. I carefully went through it twenty times, sometimes with others, to verify that was not the case. Later there were other confirming reports from other sources - but I was out on a limb to send that. I thought the BIG news last week were the US planes flying over Syria. The US called it an accident. Russia didn't call it an accident. Never did see any discussion in MSM about it. Okay - but back to my thread. For the last several weeks I have been holding the following in my upcoming file - "on June 17 the Denver International Airport is shutting down to have an asteroid defense drill." Asteroids, earthquakes, and tornados are pretty difficult to predict weeks in advance. Anyway, I questioned the source although the announcement was many, many places around the Internet, usually in connection with that they were expecting something in connection with a false flag. I could tell by the wording that it came from the same stem and I would never have sent it out. Yet, just now, sitting down to write this newsletter, I saw that in my file and checked the news for Denver Airport on June 17th. Can't deny it. Wasn't an asteroid - but there was a tornado. Coincidence of course - but how often does that happen? Denver Tornado People point out all sorts of coincidences like this - regarding the Boston bombing, and anything else that occurs. They ARE a little more interesting when they are predicted in advance as 'false flags' - although that one wasn't of that category or failed. There is lots of talk going on in some circles about the capability to control the weather and some of the happenings. Like I said: Not going there. On the other hand - I feel a responsibility to tell it like it is - and I don't like saying that I wasn't warned, or that I didn't see videos of the troop movements, (or many, many other things such as torture, bombings, assassinations, etc.) Watching the Brazil demonstrations with Brazilian friend who was here last week. Just a few rowdies, he said. Hmmm. My interpretations don't match. Turkey, Afghanistan, China, Syria, many places - it seems to me that lots is going on and I don't dare touch Manning and Snowden, knowing the sensitivities of some of my readers. So - we will leave the world to itself. The stock market will do whatever the stock market will do next week. We need to keep focused here on what we are doing. Lots going on here. Bill got the video files uploaded for the radio YouTubes, and Victoria got them downloaded. Massive files so that it took them many hours. It will be a massive editing job for Victoria. Comparable to the three part series that she did for the fallout meters. This radio series of YouTubes is scripted to be three videos long also. I had planned to release the videos, the manual, and Darlene's program - all simultaneously - along with an update from Engineer Dave about the radio. There is a lot that just isn't under my control. Probably too much at once in any case - and we are going to have to cover a lot about the radio in a number of newsletters - if the world gives us that opportunity. So here are a couple of biggies for this newsletter. The radio manual. You can now look at it at anytime at www.webpal.org/SAFEems/ The manual is something that we will keep updating as we get your suggestions. Some parts of it are awaiting further development of the radio. The radio software program This is BIG news! Darlene has completed the radio software program and you can download it - also at: www.webpal.org/SAFEems/ Yep, the program is complete and working. Carlton has thoroughly tested it. You can use it in several different ways. 1. You can just download it onto your computer and run it WITHOUT hooking it up to a radio. Not being hooked up to a radio - all you will see is garbage being generated by your sound card. In this way you will learn to use the program and familiarize yourself with it. All the sections of the manual are also in the HELP pulldown window of the program. 2. If you don't have a Ham license but have a radio that receives the 80 meter band you can run a single wire from that radio to the microphone input jack on your computer sound card - and watch other people's transmissions. 3. If you have a Ham license and a Ham radio you can then run a second wire from your radio to the computer sound card speaker output jack. However, if you are not an ADVANCED Ham, it is not legal for you to transmit PSK31. 4. If you have an Advanced Ham license - the program is FULLY operational and you can use it to communicate in BPSK31 with Hams anywhere. In the future I hope to tell you more about this system, about the SAFE Ham Net and other such things as about which antenna you should use and why. The Database Program As most of you are aware - we had a substantial setback with our organizational structure and the failure of our database system. But, GREAT news here also. Wendy has now recovered the database program - and we can once again go forward on setting up the organizational structure. At present we have: a. A US National Coordinator. b. Two databases managers for the US. c. Regional Coordinators for each of the FEMA Regions. d. State TEAM Leaders for ALL 50 US States. The next tasks are to: a. Set up District TEAM Leaders. Our database shows which District you are in. There are a number of Districts in the US in which we have only one member of the SAFE organization. (I don't know how many districts there are where we don't even have one member - this is something the database managers will have to figure out.) Anyway, this is something of a touchy subject. If someone is in a District and is assigned to be the TEAM Leader - and if they decline, then I am of the opinion we should remove them from the SAFE mailing list. This is an administrative decision that will have to be made by Christopher. This is an immense task that the database managers will just be starting to undertake this coming week. Procedures will have to be established. It will all be new to the Regional Coordinators and the State TEAM Leaders, as to who has appointing responsibilities and how it will be done. There will be some turnover. A number of slots in the organization chart have been kindly filled for years by people who were able to do it while there was a low level of activity. This was important for us to be able to build the structure. I greatly appreciate all that you have done for SAFE until now. Now that the conditions in the world are becoming more intense and the interest in what we are doing may suddenly build - it is important that we fill the slots with people who are willing and able to handle the potential influx. It may be that up until now, you have not been asked to take such a role - but I do hope that when the request comes that you will become a part of whatever procedures Christopher and your State TEAM Leaders establish. b. Carlton and Christopher setting up the Ham Net This may become as big a task as setting up the SAFE Organization - and we haven't yet figured out how tackle that. We have tried to set up the net several times in the past and have put an immense effort into it - without success. There are a number of Hams in our file who have written to me. Once Christopher and Carlton get some structure and procedures figured out I will let you know in the newsletter. My personal inclination is that each State TEAM Leader should have a SAFE Ham Net coordinator - but this is up to them. Other Activity At Ark Two An immense amount of activity going on here. Expecting a number of visitors in July. Writing a book. Ark Two maintenance is overwhelming, but this newsletter should start focusing on matters of a national scale. Greetings SAFE Team! How much fun have do you have in your SAFE network? Does it show? As you think about alternatives for as many things you need as possible, and you should, how enjoyable has that been? This week, I'm sort of taking a psychological tone with my message. As I've corresponded with those of you who have been kind enough to dignify my previous comments with your reply, I've had to ask myself another fundamental question about SAFE. We are such a diverse group demographically AND geographically. So, what's a practical way of attracting other like minded people to include SAFE as one of their solutions? Answer: why would anyone join anything for that matter - fun AND some other benefit! OK, how do we do that? By acting like Chicken Little screaming that the sky is falling? Maybe by becoming a self reliant hermit? Think, why would ANYONE want to be a friend of yours - period! SAFE is designed to be about as grass roots as it gets. Let's take advantage of that by building friendships, communicating by whatever means acceptable, and having some fun doing it! At least that way, your family, your group, will enjoy each other and the time spent in creating your local "alternative" watchful and ready community of likeminded members wherever that may be.
