The individual that I consider
my most insightful and knowledgeable source
on the ground in Israel
communicated this morning:
...the new (Israeli) government reformation is not only a very dramatic and unexpected development, but probably means that an Israeli military strike on Iran is in the offing.
...another reason why Netanyahu feels the need to order a strike this year before the US ballot in early November
...All this to say, the prospects of an Israeli military operation designed to sharply set back Iran's nuclear program have vastly increased, literally overnight.

The gist of it is -
that this is what we call
'a very big dot'.
Like the moving of carriers
into the area -
the placing of a lot of supplies
in Saudi Arabia and Israel -
moving a lot of troops
to the three forward island bases -
all of which has occurred.

Is a rumor -
that I supposedly have received
only two steps down.
This means:
the person experiencing it -
passed it on directly to another individual -
who passed it on to me.
I shall be intentionally vague about repeating it.
A present or recent VP of the United States -
has what I shall call an estate -
in south eastern US.
The original source of the rumor lives 3/4 of a mile away -
in this low density population area.
At hours like 3 and 4 am.
they have noticed a shaking of teacups
on the shelves
and a slanting of pictures on the wall.
They attribute this to some heavy/intensive earth moving
in their vicinity.
The speculation is that
activity of this sort is indication
that some people in positions of knowledge -
feel a need to be fortifying against
some forthcoming events.

A new phenomena -
which I have not heard of before -
is being reported from 4 military bases.
Any number of others
may be similarly involved -
but my source only had direct information
about these four.
Reportedly, associations of families
are being formed -
that include both officers and enlisted -
and they are making large bulk buys of food -
which are then being divide up
and stored in the members' homes.
Again - the speculation is that
these are people close to the scene
who are seeing unusual activity
and who feel a need to do this
for their families' sakes.
As usual -
I only report what I have received -
and the source -
and you must make your own interpretation.
Twice in the last fifteen years I have reported -
a large number of such facts -
with attending speculations -
and both times these have proven wrong.
The one time was about
the build up for the Gulf War -
which I thought was only a feint towards Iraq -
and that the US would actually strike Iran.
We know how that turned out.
The other was the certainty that I had
that Sharon was preparing/planning
to invade and flatten Gaza -
and although I still think I was right about that -
it never happened -
because he had a stroke.
None of these things will happen
except by the permissive Will of God -
which brings us to the matter of prophecy.
In that area -
I have been invariably wrong also.
I thought the great event would happen
within some time period -
many times during the last decades -
and particularly I was a millennialist -
expecting it before the end of the year 2,000.
None of that occurred either.
My personal speculation is that -
while we will have serious problems -
in the not too far off future -
the Great Catastrophe won't occur
until after July 28th, 2014.
With my track record -
I don't think anyone should put any great confidence in
thinking they have that long -
or any surety that it is going to happen
close to that date.
So much for these matters.
There has come to me also this week -
a list of twenty some items -
that have been seen as markers -
regarding the imminency of current events.
That is too many -
for me to include in this newsletter -
so I will note just a few
for your consideration.
#1 The intensity and increasing frequency with which activities generally connected with only totalitarian governments are being conducted by the TSA.
For example warrantless searches at bus stations and train stations all over America, and at traffic stops on the highways. Has any event ever happened that justifies this?
#2 The personal invasiveness by them of the universal searches on infants, very small children, and very elderly people.
#3 The use of very high tech military machines such as Predator-B drones, sound blast, and pain infliction devices against civilian populations.
#4 We all know about the upcoming NATO summit on May 20th and 21st but it is curious that the Red Cross has been told to prepare for an evacuation of Chicago. This in combination of the revelation of the preparation of civilian "re-education camps".
#5 This all seems to be accompanying greatly accelerated bureaucratic imposition on many facets of life from agriculture to education to interaction with police on numerous levels of social activity.
#6 This also seems to be accompanied by intensive/extensive implementation of all sorts of new legislation involving massive Congressional Laws that no one claims to have read, numerous Executive Orders, and untold numbers of Departmental policy statements.
#7 That there seems to be an almost total disconnect between such things as stock market activity, the reported collapse of several key European economies, and the highly suspect data and method of reporting unemployment, foreclosures, and the activities of a number of segments of the US economy.
#8 The intensive and extensive arming of military and police units in the US accompanied with massive/massive stocking of all sorts of supplies such as ammunition, body bags, mountains of foods and other materials.
#9 The growing number of racial conflicts and confrontations throughout the US that are specifically but not universally reported.
As I have stated -
the above list is shortened
from one more than twice the length -
and in addition -
while not on the list -
we know of very critical situations with
NK
China
Russia
Pakistan
Afghanistan
Syria, Iran and Egypt-
and the environment.
And - as I stated before -
I am not making any predictions -
but am simply reporting -
an increasing sense of awareness -
about these things -
on the part of a relatively very small portion
of the population.
You, and the other readers of this Newsletter -
are not the sole exception -
but nevertheless to be counted among -
a relatively small proportion of the overall population.
So, all this aside -
here is the current report
of activities at Ark Two.
First and foremost -
we unbelievably continue to struggle with
the SAFE enrollment program.
This was assigned to our programmer
on April 14th, 2010
with many additional parameters that we have eliminated
or simplified -
and tried to achieve an operating system on
Mailman
PHP.List
Mail Chimp -
and now
Mad Mimi-
but the struggle continues.
Secondly,
near and dear to our heart,
is the radio.
The engineer wrote yesterday:
I received the transistors today and will get them put into the power amp board the first chance I get. Once I know the amp is working again, we can test the other transistors and hopefully finalize on the ones that give the highest output power.
I also need to test the freq. response of the sample binocular ferrites I got in the other week to make sure the freq. response and number of turns is correct for best performance of both the exciter and the power amp sections.
It would ge good to meet with Adam and go over the toroid vs binocular transformer work that I have done. I think if we stay with the T)220 package for the transistors, device changes will not affect the board layout and that part of the project can move ahead.
I would prefer to have my testing at least started before we get together, just so as not to waste time having to do it again in the future if something does not work out here.
Rob is ordering some more powerful
power transistors
that we hope to substitute into the design.
Unfortunately,
press of events has prevented Fred
from making any progress on the software.
He wasn't able to return the tech info
that I sent
so I will have to start over
and reconstruct that
for Darlene, the new programmer.
Greg and I spent a day
with the president of a nearby Ham Club -
determining the changes that needed to be made.
But I fear those notes too are now lost.
Anyway-
I will try to struggle forward on this -
on Saturday, with Darlene.
Glen came Sunday to help on the diesel generator.
We also did many other things.
Watered the storage batteries -
and took the trees out of winter storage -
and looked into the water ram designs.
I am hoping that he can get a CAD program
to lay those out for us.
Peter has come up with a number of
interesting new concepts.
The new hand powered generator was shipped Friday,
from Ohio -
and if it arrives in Toronto this week -
Tom will bring it up on Sunday.
Tracking shows it only so far as Chicago -
but I think that may only be all the further
that the tracking tracks.
Worried the worms yesterday -
and got a package of them off to Adam
who as a separate project
is going to do the radio board layout.
Big project in the offing is
the videoing and video editing
of the 24 Scripts for YouTube.
Victoria in South Carolina
sent in her picture and birth certificate
for her passport
and was supposed to hear 'when' today
but we are now looking towards tomorrow.

Received lots of good help
from Mark, Rich, Rob, Shane,
Charles, Darlene, Glen and others -
this week.
However, need lots more help.
Shane has given me some good information
about a new radiation detection device -
but this newsletter is already overly long -
so that will have to wait -
