Over the years I have seen: a. scanned images of government contracts for tornado and weather control. b. photographs/video of the inside of chemtrail planes c. an official Air Force sign at Wright Patterson Air Force base that said: "We control the weather". Weather control is a very touchy subject. If you bring rain to one area's drought crops you are going to rain on someone else's parade. What the solution is for one area's drought can be a flood for another. You generally don't want to be held responsible. We had a local situation regarding the putting up of 128 windmills in our township. I went to the government held hearing with a protesting Mohawk friend who proclaimed that the wind belonged to them. When I told Jean about this, her reply was, "They want be careful about claiming that. The next time there is a tornado someone may sue them." I am going to talk about some other strange coincidence(?)s. Jean and I were there in the transportation system for the London bombing. It was disconcerting to learn later the well documented fact that a drill/exercise was scheduled for that exact same day and hour depicting the exact same types of events that took place. That same coincidence was documented regarding 9/11. Some people put these into the category of false flag operations - but that is not where I am going because it just gets too weird. Hey! I can handle weird - I even know about Shroedinger's cat and Einstein's clocks changing speed. But still--. Anyway, I keep a running file of upcoming events. Like the Bilderberger's meeting just past, that I tell you about. Lots of things of that sort go into my file for my upcoming newsletters. Many/most of them I don't tell you about. Right now there are a lot of predictions about what the stock/bond market is going to do next week. Sometime - something exciting will happen there and I will miss it - but there are just too many misses for me to report them. There are lots of curious things that I could send on to you - like the cell phone video of the US Marines convoy headed to Syria. True - not boots on the ground - but rims rolling right along. Lots of stuff like that never makes the MSM - and I thought the cell phone important enough to send along without any comment but I got a lot of flack about it not being verified (meaning MSM hadn't said it) and that it looked made up. I carefully went through it twenty times, sometimes with others, to verify that was not the case. Later there were other confirming reports from other sources - but I was out on a limb to send that. I thought the BIG news last week were the US planes flying over Syria. The US called it an accident. Russia didn't call it an accident. Never did see any discussion in MSM about it. Okay - but back to my thread. For the last several weeks I have been holding the following in my upcoming file - "on June 17 the Denver International Airport is shutting down to have an asteroid defense drill." Asteroids, earthquakes, and tornados are pretty difficult to predict weeks in advance. Anyway, I questioned the source although the announcement was many, many places around the Internet, usually in connection with that they were expecting something in connection with a false flag. I could tell by the wording that it came from the same stem and I would never have sent it out. Yet, just now, sitting down to write this newsletter, I saw that in my file and checked the news for Denver Airport on June 17th. Can't deny it. Wasn't an asteroid - but there was a tornado. Coincidence of course - but how often does that happen? Denver Tornado People point out all sorts of coincidences like this - regarding the Boston bombing, and anything else that occurs. They ARE a little more interesting when they are predicted in advance as 'false flags' - although that one wasn't of that category or failed. There is lots of talk going on in some circles about the capability to control the weather and some of the happenings. Like I said: Not going there. On the other hand - I feel a responsibility to tell it like it is - and I don't like saying that I wasn't warned, or that I didn't see videos of the troop movements, (or many, many other things such as torture, bombings, assassinations, etc.) Watching the Brazil demonstrations with Brazilian friend who was here last week. Just a few rowdies, he said. Hmmm. My interpretations don't match. Turkey, Afghanistan, China, Syria, many places - it seems to me that lots is going on and I don't dare touch Manning and Snowden, knowing the sensitivities of some of my readers. So - we will leave the world to itself. The stock market will do whatever the stock market will do next week. We need to keep focused here on what we are doing. Lots going on here. Bill got the video files uploaded for the radio YouTubes, and Victoria got them downloaded. Massive files so that it took them many hours. It will be a massive editing job for Victoria. Comparable to the three part series that she did for the fallout meters. This radio series of YouTubes is scripted to be three videos long also. I had planned to release the videos, the manual, and Darlene's program - all simultaneously - along with an update from Engineer Dave about the radio. There is a lot that just isn't under my control. Probably too much at once in any case - and we are going to have to cover a lot about the radio in a number of newsletters - if the world gives us that opportunity. So here are a couple of biggies for this newsletter. The radio manual. You can now look at it at anytime at www.webpal.org/SAFEems/ The manual is something that we will keep updating as we get your suggestions. Some parts of it are awaiting further development of the radio. The radio software program This is BIG news! Darlene has completed the radio software program and you can download it - also at: www.webpal.org/SAFEems/ Yep, the program is complete and working. Carlton has thoroughly tested it. You can use it in several different ways. 1. You can just download it onto your computer and run it WITHOUT hooking it up to a radio. Not being hooked up to a radio - all you will see is garbage being generated by your sound card. In this way you will learn to use the program and familiarize yourself with it. All the sections of the manual are also in the HELP pulldown window of the program. 2. If you don't have a Ham license but have a radio that receives the 80 meter band you can run a single wire from that radio to the microphone input jack on your computer sound card - and watch other people's transmissions. 3. If you have a Ham license and a Ham radio you can then run a second wire from your radio to the computer sound card speaker output jack. However, if you are not an ADVANCED Ham, it is not legal for you to transmit PSK31. 4. If you have an Advanced Ham license - the program is FULLY operational and you can use it to communicate in BPSK31 with Hams anywhere. In the future I hope to tell you more about this system, about the SAFE Ham Net and other such things as about which antenna you should use and why. The Database Program As most of you are aware - we had a substantial setback with our organizational structure and the failure of our database system. But, GREAT news here also. Wendy has now recovered the database program - and we can once again go forward on setting up the organizational structure. At present we have: a. A US National Coordinator. b. Two databases managers for the US. c. Regional Coordinators for each of the FEMA Regions. d. State TEAM Leaders for ALL 50 US States. The next tasks are to: a. Set up District TEAM Leaders. Our database shows which District you are in. There are a number of Districts in the US in which we have only one member of the SAFE organization. (I don't know how many districts there are where we don't even have one member - this is something the database managers will have to figure out.) Anyway, this is something of a touchy subject. If someone is in a District and is assigned to be the TEAM Leader - and if they decline, then I am of the opinion we should remove them from the SAFE mailing list. This is an administrative decision that will have to be made by Christopher. This is an immense task that the database managers will just be starting to undertake this coming week. Procedures will have to be established. It will all be new to the Regional Coordinators and the State TEAM Leaders, as to who has appointing responsibilities and how it will be done. There will be some turnover. A number of slots in the organization chart have been kindly filled for years by people who were able to do it while there was a low level of activity. This was important for us to be able to build the structure. I greatly appreciate all that you have done for SAFE until now. Now that the conditions in the world are becoming more intense and the interest in what we are doing may suddenly build - it is important that we fill the slots with people who are willing and able to handle the potential influx. It may be that up until now, you have not been asked to take such a role - but I do hope that when the request comes that you will become a part of whatever procedures Christopher and your State TEAM Leaders establish. b. Carlton and Christopher setting up the Ham Net This may become as big a task as setting up the SAFE Organization - and we haven't yet figured out how tackle that. We have tried to set up the net several times in the past and have put an immense effort into it - without success. There are a number of Hams in our file who have written to me. Once Christopher and Carlton get some structure and procedures figured out I will let you know in the newsletter. My personal inclination is that each State TEAM Leader should have a SAFE Ham Net coordinator - but this is up to them. Other Activity At Ark Two An immense amount of activity going on here. Expecting a number of visitors in July. Writing a book. Ark Two maintenance is overwhelming, but this newsletter should start focusing on matters of a national scale. Greetings SAFE Team! How much fun have do you have in your SAFE network? Does it show? As you think about alternatives for as many things you need as possible, and you should, how enjoyable has that been? This week, I'm sort of taking a psychological tone with my message. As I've corresponded with those of you who have been kind enough to dignify my previous comments with your reply, I've had to ask myself another fundamental question about SAFE. We are such a diverse group demographically AND geographically. So, what's a practical way of attracting other like minded people to include SAFE as one of their solutions? Answer: why would anyone join anything for that matter - fun AND some other benefit! OK, how do we do that? By acting like Chicken Little screaming that the sky is falling? Maybe by becoming a self reliant hermit? Think, why would ANYONE want to be a friend of yours - period! SAFE is designed to be about as grass roots as it gets. Let's take advantage of that by building friendships, communicating by whatever means acceptable, and having some fun doing it! At least that way, your family, your group, will enjoy each other and the time spent in creating your local "alternative" watchful and ready community of likeminded members wherever that may be. I've been reflecting on various priorities regarding SAFE and the appropriate leadership approach in asking the basic question at this point: "What is the best way to lead?" Gimmicks and fear, or building a foundation/network that will be capable of taking on likeminded passengers as they wake up from fear or complacency? Allow me to ramble a bit. Ark Two has a strange parallel with Noah's Ark. Both were built in times of peace. Both were/are scoffed at by the general public. How do you convince people to reevaluate their current circumstances? At what point do you stop trying to warn others by prioritizing for your family only? The official motto of the Boy Scouts is "Be prepared"! Wow, preppers! Who'd a thunk it! I believe that, among other things, we should be practicing what we preach. We should all be using our acquired skill sets NOW! Not just accumulating stuff for some future event. That's the whole point of being a responsible person - BEING ABLE TO RESPOND! True, certain scenarios  are pretty scary. But if we can function, if we can respond in a simple power outage at the most inconvenient moment, or to a tornado, a flood, or some other community wide incident, we will be better able to respond to something of a greater magnitude. When we visit the Facebook page, for example, and see that no one has bothered to post recently (too busy prepping?), the general public sees the inactivity as a sign of little value. If you don't trust, or don't like the social media, OK, fine. But those of us that still see it as a helpful means, a service to the community, we should be posting! Even in the initial stages of being the National Coordinator for SAFE USA and meeting various basic challenges in facilitating the SAFE agenda, I've been blessed with seeing how many others are being resourceful, responsible, and solution minded! I'm meeting new people, making new friends, and encouraging all to practice SAFEty! Let's continue to improve the example we set for our respective communities! This newsletter is Copyleft: and may be used by anyone. SAFE Ark Two Newsletter June 2nd, 2013 A Stalled World So many things in the world seem stalled. For many of them that could be good. The problem is that we can't tell if they are really stalled or not. There are certainly a wide variety of opinions on that. Here is a list that I am watching and ordered in the rank that I consider the most concerning or imminent (not necessarily the same thing - so it is actually two lists interwoven): One - Syria The old ping pong game of the news changing several times a day about the S-300s being shipped to Syria. Bashar al-Assad is reported as saying that he has received S-300s. Next report says that he didn't actually say that. Russia assures that they are sending them. Well, maybe not. Perhaps advanced fighter aircraft - or not. But it is all months away. Or yesterday. Israel assures they will take them out. Russia says better not or it will be WW3. Israel says it would take months for S-300 to become operational. Or maybe as they roll off the delivery plane when operated by Russian troops. Will Israel bomb Russian troops? Can Israel take out the S-300? Silence in Israel. (This part may be the most disturbing.) Two - Pakistan/India While not getting big play in the MSM the situation between India and Pakistan is intense. Pakistan says it will use tactical nuclear weapons against India's much more massive army - if India tries to force border issues with that army. India says that "ANY" use of nuclear and they will respond with full out nuclear assault. Pakistan with China's and Iran's help is developing / has developed a submarine nuclear response which means even after massive nuclear hit they can still deliver a devastating blow. Three - Iran/NK Iran / North Korea continue nuclear development. Red lines come and go but the development continues on. Expected deadline dates have moved forward for the last three years. Usually about six months at a time. Current ones said to be in the fall. Again will Israel strike in Iran or not - and what agreements exist between Israel and the US regarding both Iran and Syrian? The latter two may also be joined at the hip. Four All conflicts do not involve Israel. China is in serious conflict with India, Japan and others. The pattern there has been always to press and wait. Press and wait. Press and wait. A little at a time - but always more forward. Russia, India, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, and all neighbors of China feel the pressure. Yes, and North Korea too. It is a misconception to think that NK sees China as its protector or themselves as its pawn. But all this goes on and on. Not as likely as Iran and Syria. Press and wait. Press and wait, - but something could snap. Five - Bilderberger Not all threats are military or nuclear. June 6-9 is the 2013 Bilderberg Group conference at the Grove Hotel in Watford, UK. Will this, can this, have any impact on such things as Cyprus, Italy, and the current Euro situation? Or even Japan and the Yen, which some see as an even greater threat. Six - Iraq A thousand people killed just this month alone in Iraq. Was this really about three thousand killed in New York over ten years ago? There doesn't really seem to be any perspective on these things and whether they are in the headlines, or not, seems to be driven by irrational forces. Seven - Other wars in the world There is nowhere that you can look in the world but that there seems to be turmoil. The battles, and casualties, in Mexico and South American countries, would be considered substantial wars - in normal times (whatever that means). Eight - Social Justice Social Justice, throughout the world is certainly taking a back seat. Prisoners decreed innocent by the courts that put them there - still remain in Guantanamo. The world watches and groans for that and similar situations in many Islamic and wore torn countries. Nine - Islamic Conflict The Islamic conflict mounts, and mounts, and mounts. Numerous conflicts in several countries of Europe. We are talking riots with burning of cars and such. But no significant burning of buildings or fatalities. Still there are neighborhoods where the police dare not go - or try to enforce laws. Reportedly the case even in some neighborhoods in US cities. For a perspective on this: LOOK AT THIS These may be extremists but I don't see the great masses of non-extremist Muslims objecting. They may not join them but they will say that they 'understand' the extremists - so they just will not object - even among themselves. Ten - My list of Ten My usual list of ten - but I could put so many more things to watch. About the economy, the weather, the military, the giant corporations, the situation with the bees, and on and on. There is no denying - the world is in turmoil, although the Dow is high, and much of the population appears higher on drugs and materialism. The book is still available on Amazon for $3.99 A New Book I am writing another book. Some will think unrelated to the topic, but of course all things are related in my paradigm. This one is entitled: The Most Important Date In History and A More Important Discovery Than Gravity (A discovery which most of the world's masses won't be aware of - for another century) If you are willing to critique this - I would be delighted to send you chapters as I write it. Ark Two Things are stalled at Ark Two. I am so busy that I hardly notice - but several helpers that were to come, didn't. Even the videographer didn't show up so while I have the script ready - the video about the radio didn't get shot. I am also waiting on some feedback from some of the radio manual editors. Some things are going on. Such as with Wendy working on the database - but others like with the radio - not as fast. The main problem about Ark Two - is that practically no one in the world believes there will be nuclear WW3. The phrase that I hear over and over again is: "I am supportive of Ark Two but I don't think there will ever be a nuclear war." All the projects of SAFE fall off from there. The LERN plan for reconstruction afterwards. The establishment of the Ham Net for afterwards and TRIADs beforehand. I am concerned that when people are ready to help - it will be too late. Even if the war hasn't occurred - financial/economic/monetary collapse may make help impossible. People propose that I do this as a prepper business venture - but I continue to rely upon God. Some Radmeters in Canada Long time Ark Two member Ernie, is downsizing to an apartment. Cutting his inventory in half because of space. Is going to sell half of his radiation detectors. Some of these have been calibrated by Shane. Anyone in Canada who is interested contact me and I will give you details and if you are still interested then put you directly in contact with Ernie. A new NukAlert Speaking of Shane. He has a tremendous new Nuk Alert. I am really impressed. Haven't tested it myself but go to www.nukalert.com and click on the picture on the right-hand side. More expensive than what I personally can buy - but many times less expensive than anything comparable that I know of out there. In fact - I don't know of anything comparable. This is the first unit that I have ever seen that combines all three types of devices in one unit. High range for nuclear war. Low range for measuring radiation in food. Dosimeter for measuring dose. Not only that - you can leave it at home and check on it with your cell phone. There are features that I have never seen elsewhere. You can connect it to your computer and periodically it will upload your data to a national (actually world) data base - and then you can look at a map of the world and tell what the radiation level is anywhere. There is a lot more to this and I expect that I will be discussing it more as time goes on. I have been giving Shane some of my ideas about this. You don't have to own one to see the world radiation reporting. Go to the above link. Choose the device on the right side of the page - and follow down through the links. For the first ten of you who get one (from my telling you about it - let me know) I will provide you with a free adapter to our radio if I can get Shane to develop one. In this way you would be able to share (or see) the radiation at other locations on your net. Say at a daughter's home - miles away - when the cellphones and the Internet aren't working. I am saying ten of you because we would need some people to help develop the concept. Always another dream. The victims of the Oklahoma tornado need our help and prayers. It was not easy to witness the various levels and types of response from state and federal authorities that has now proven, several times over, to be grossly inadequate. Seeing how the folks of "tornado alley" pull together in such times is admirable and gives some hope for humanity. However, looking more closely, one can see just how much of that effort is often left to the mercy and goodwill of neighbors, and or chance! Emergency planning, networking, and reconstruction strategies should NEVER be left up to on-the-spot personal improvisation and resourcefulness - regardless of how many times it may have sufficed in the past! If it's my house and family, it's not good enough. Do you hear SAFE? All we have to do is to put ourselves in their shoes and ask "What would we need if we were there?" Answer: a trained network; a SAFE network! The danger of Chernobyl has not been remedied, even though any mention of it has evaporated from the news. Even more so for Fukushima. Limited nuclear exchanges, terrorism, or even radiological accidents are present lurking dangers. In the midst of all this, the list of "10 reasons why you should not join SAFE" on the home page boldly jumps out to those who would rather gamble with their lives and those of their neighbors by sticking their heads in the sand. Ultimately, ignorance is only a temporary bliss. I'd rather live by: Better SAFE than sorry! Keep up the good work Team because TOGETHER everyone achieves more!
