Reason For Delay

As said in the previous newsletter -
and will repeat here: "If there is anyway that the Trump Forces
can keep things on an even keel
for the next 30 days
they will -
because things are looking good for them
in the coming election."
However, in the last week
I heard from numerous sources
that some major events
appeared to be about to happen on -
Friday then -
Monday then -
Tuesday.
Partially for that reason -
and because of the fact
that we have been so busy
at Ark Two -
I put off until today -
to see what would occur.
Earlier last week there had been
the steepest stock market plunge
in fifteen years
and then it recovered in what
many called a "dead cat bounce".
However, it shot back up solidly today -
as I watched the market close.
The stock market is completely manipulated
but the forces of reality
will cause it to eventually fail.
Not yet - today.
Maybe tomorrow.
Not hoping -
one way or the other.
Just observing events around us.
Okay - 3 weeks more -
and that will be a plus
in Trump's column -
although he is well aware
and has said many times that
"It is a bubble."
The big issue of the moment -
not being covered by the MSM -
is the massive and intensive movement
of sophisticated weaponry.

1. US moving troops and equipment into Ukraine.
2. US moving troops and equipment into Syria.
3. US moving troops and equipment into Libya vicinity.
4. US moving troops and equipment into Venezuela theater.
5. US confronting China in Asia Theater.

Muslims think the Mahdi will come out of a well,

As It Happens

If there is anyway that the Trump Forces
can keep things on an even keel
for the next 30 days
they will -
because things are looking good for them
in the coming election.
I don't know if all the PTB
such as The Deep State -
are on board about this -
but it isn't long
to find out what happens
about this.
My concern is that -
it isn't long for everything.
An unimaginable amount of stuff
has happened in the last few days -
and I am leaving Kavenaugh out of the mix -
altogether.
What has happened -
would have made GIGANTIC HEADLINES -
30 years ago -
but all the MSM is about
Kavenaugh
Sex
and some race violence.
What has happened -
in the last week would,
in the past,
have made for article after article -
in the newspapers -
with many pundits giving deep analysis,
for any ONE of the following many events.
I will give you the facts -
but you will have to do your own analysis.
Does no good for me to spend time
writing and analyzing
when people don't agree with what I say.
You should make up your own mind anyway.
I am also getting complaints -
that I am talking too much about the news
and not enough about how to reconstruct
which I say is the primary purpose
of this newsletter.
BUT - here I am -
doing it again -
as I tell you the following:

Russia has just announced that Syria’s S-300s are Being Tied Into Russia’s ‘Nuclear Command and Control’ System.
As Israel vows that it will not stop targeting Iranian military assets in neighboring Syria, a new report states that not only has Russia delivered its S-300 aerial defense systems, but it has tied them into its own C3 nuclear command-and-control system.
Being "tied in" - does that mean that Russia AUTOMATICALLY launches its nuclear weapons if one of its S-300s are taken out? Surely not - but who knows for sure. This is certainly a game changer. No situation like this has happened before.
The independent security and intelligence journalists at DEBKA report that this development puts the deployment of the S-300 systems in Syria in an entirely new light, calling it a “strategic game changer”:
Try this as a US response.
A unified air defense control system in Syria will be completed by October 20, Shoigu told the Security Council. Russia will “prepare and train” the Syrian crews to operate the S-300 within three months.
Yeah - but they are operational now -
UNDER THE RUSSIAN TRAINERS.

The Approach of the Barbarians

Alternating with the idea of having smoked too much yesterday and soon to get lung cancer, I busied myself with the idea for a sinister story, in which the hero during an early afternoon like this one, in a mirror house similar to this, appeared to himself so often between two mirrored walls that him being real started to appear doubtful to him and blurred out, eventually getting lost and disappearing forever in them.
No one would have seen him leave the building, least of all the porter battling with sleep and gravity at the reception desk made from polished granite. 
Only sometimes, on specific autumn days, both sunny and windy, seen from a certain angle from a certain point of the building, would his reflection appear  a to a visitor for a moment, sitting on the top step of the interior thoughtfully, to dissolve into infinity after this appearance.

In this state of Daydreaming and distraction reached me, as if from outside, a feeling of the nearness of the barbarians. It was comparable to a faint smell, which, with very fine claws, was reaching into an inner area of the body (as if the perfume of a woman, who moves one, has been buried on the hand under much stronger other odors and unexpectedly emerges when one takes a glass to ones mouth or absent-mindedly strokes ones face). Many, I thought, would die.
The airport interiors would contract into subterranean bunkers in which the corporate world would be condensed to naked terror. 
But then would, beyond the borders of normality, fortified more than ever before, an outside world extend itself. Many would die. Before the reflecting glass walls lay a windy day.

Since that experience, I like to sit, during my lunch break, for the duration of a cup of coffee in a small restaurant in that part of the "Sogetsu Kaikan" between the Park, standing upside down on the ceiling and the rocky interior within. 
The whole world lies beyond glass. Perhaps the disaster fears of the West are a yearning for reality. Perhaps the Downfall is the only God that is left; because only with the barbarians we will not do business, we will not be able to sell them anything, we will not even be able to talk with them. No trick will work. The barbarians are not afraid of us because they do not understand us. They will hold no distance from us because they do not admire us. There will be a border we can not go beyond and behind which at least there is not us.

Even if the stories of the barbarians are not true, they could help to find a truth.

Convergence

For the last several months,
have spoken of CONVERGENCE,
taking place the first part of October.
First, let me remind everyone
that this is not a matter of prophecy.
I receive no revelations.
It is just a matter of looking at
announced dates by various entities -
mostly governments and government agencies -
as to when something is to occur.
Convergence is just a matter of those
dates and events occuring at the same time.
Sort of it like being
dark
cold
winter month
watching the weather cycle
and then predicting snow tonight.
That is predicting -
not prophecizing -
and I can still be wrong.
However, I have given you
all the facts that I have
and you can make up your own mind.
At the moment -
all of the points of conflict
are as intense as ever.
US has sent troops to the Ukraine -
and some very specialized weapons.
Russia has moved massive amounts
of troops and equipment
that way also.
Where do they stop?
No one really wants that to blow up?
We knew those Russian military exercises
were going to come to this point -
at this date.
BUT - what is this point?
Israel shot down a Russian plane.
We knew something like this would
accidently happen -
sooner or later -
and predicted the result.
BUT - what is the result?
Everyone just backed away
and said "Bad", "Bad", "Bad",
just don't let it happen again.
Lots more missiles aimed at Israel
being moved into Syria.
We knew Israel would bomb them.
We knew Syria would defend them.
We know Russia is defending Syria.
We know the US is defending Israel.
BUT - what is going to happen?
Lots of dire predictions.
And still no really wants to press the button.
Deadlines come and go -
the big ones are on the 3rd and 4th -
just two days away.
1. New sanctions take place on Iran.
2. Deadline for Idlib to be evacuated by ISIS -
(US / CIA funded ISIS).
3. New tariffs take place on China.
4. North Korea to do what?
BUT - will everyone do what they say
they will do?
Senate confirmation for Supreme Court
was to have taken place.
Postponed to Friday.
Or whenever or whennever.
What are called the nuclear options
(has nothing to do with bombs or weapons)
being considered in the Senate.
Mueller and the BIG "I" word
being bandied about.
Deep State out in the open -
about many things.
Who ever thought it would come out
in the open like this?
Big election concerns -
exactly one month away -
if all this is going to allow
it to get that far.
Many other things
hanging by a thread.
India
Pakistan
Afghanistan
Venezuela
and in every country you can name.
BUT -
will it just continue to hang on.
What do you think.?
The whole world is astir.

back from ten years ago -
in the previous fifty years
there were an average of 5
Five on the Richter scale earthquakes
per year.
This year alone
there have been over 55 - so far -
of that intensity.
BUT -
some people think it is just going
to go on and on -
at least for a long time.

September 28th
over the budget and the Wall -
BUT - Trump didn't push that button.
So far - everyone has threatened on everything
and then backed away.
