notice that he is issuing an Executive Order to deal with the
NATIONAL EMERGENCY.

to the Speaker of the House of Representatives
and the President of the Senate Foreign Policy
Issued on: September 20, 2018
Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)
Pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), I hereby report that I have issued an Executive Order to take additional steps with respect to the national emergencies declared in Executive Order 13660 of March 6, 2014, as expanded in scope and relied upon for additional steps taken in subsequent Executive Orders, and Executive Order 13694 of April 1, 2015, as relied upon for additional steps taken in Executive Order 13757 of December 28, 2016.
Title II of the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (Public Law 115-44) (CAATSA) and the Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-272), as amended (UFSA), provide for the imposition of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation. The Executive Order I issued will further the implementation of those sanctions by providing authority under IEEPA to the Secretary of the Treasury to take certain actions with respect to those sanctions and directing departments and agencies of the United States Government to take all appropriate measures within their authority to ensure the full implementation of those sanctions. These sanctions may include prohibitions on certain financial transactions; blocking all property and interests in property; denial of export licenses; denial of visas and entry into the United States; and imposition of sanctions on the principal executive officer or officers of sanctioned persons.
I have authorized the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to take such actions, including promulgating rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA and certain sections of CAATSA and UFSA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Executive Order.
I am enclosing a copy of the Executive Order I have issued.

Antonia summarized it as: Employee's of the SDO in Sunspot, New Mexico called the Local Sheriff, after the FBI landed at the facility in a Black Hawk Helicopter, Locked down and evacuated the facility and Two Post offices, one close to the facility and one near the town. It may be of interest, that the Apache Observatory just 2 miles away, was not shutdown. Please note that the SDO Observatory is also only 130 miles for the Roswell Crash and next to White Sands Range and Holloman Air force Base. They evacuated people from homes from the surrounding area as well, and gave no excuse to the Local Police or Employees, for doing so.
This Lockdown happened 3 days PRIOR to New Moon Eclipse of the Sun that showed 2 passes of the moon or spheres(?) in opposite directions, minutes apart. NASA states.

Abwechselnd mit der Vorstellung, gestern wieder zu viel geraucht zu haben und bald Lungenkrebs zu bekommen, beschäftigte mich die Idee zu einer unheimlichen Geschichte, deren Held an einem Frühnachmittag wie diesem in einem ähnlichen Spiegelhaus sich selbst so oft zwischen zwei Spiegelwänden erschiene, dass ihm seine Realität zweifelhaft werden und schließlich abhanden kommen würde und verschwommener werdend, für immer in ihnen verschwände.
Niemand hätte ihn das Gebäude verlassen sehen, am wenigsten der mit dem Schlaf und der Schwerkraft kämpfende Portier an der Empfangstheke aus poliertem Granit.
Nur manchmal, an bestimmten , zugleich sonnigen und windigen Herbsttagen, aus einem bestimmten Winkel von einer bestimmten Stelle des Gebäudes ausgesehen, würde sein Spiegelbild einem Besucher für einen Moment erscheinen, gedankenvoll auf den obersten Stufen des Interieurs sitzend, um sich nach dieser Erscheinung schnell wieder in die Unendlichkeit aufzulösen.

In diesem Stadium meiner Träumerei und Zerstreuung erreichte mich, wie von außen her, das Gefühl der Nähe der Barbaren. Es war einem schwachen Geruch vergleichbar, der mit sehr feinen Krallen bis in eine innere Gegend des Körpers hineingriff (wie wenn das Parfüm einer Frau, die einen bewegt, an der Hand unter viel stärkeren anderen Gerüchen wie begraben gelegen hat und unverhofft hervortritt, wenn man ein Glas zum Mund führt oder sich geistesabwesend über das Gesicht streicht). Viele, dachte ich, würden sterben.
Die Flughafeninterieurs würden sich zu unterirdischen Bunkern zusammenziehen, in denen die Angestelltenwelt zum nackten Terror verdichtet wäre. Aber jenseits der stärker als jemals befestigten Grenzen der Normalität würde sich dann eine Außenwelt erstrecken. Viele würden sterben. Vor den spiegelnden Glaswänden lag ein windiger Tag.

Seit diesem Erlebnis sitze ich in meiner Mittagspause gern für die Dauer einer Tasse Kaffee in einem kleinen Restaurant in jenem Teil des "Sogetsu Kaikan" zwischen dem an der Decke auf dem Kopf stehenden Park und dem Felsinterieur im Innern. Die ganze Welt liegt hinter Glas. Vielleicht sind die Katastrophenängste des Westens eine Sehnsucht nach Wirklichkeit. Vielleicht ist der Untergang der einzige Gott, der übriggeblieben ist; denn erst mit den Barbaren werden wir keine Geschäfte machen, wir werden ihnen nichts verkaufen können, nicht einmal sprechen werden wir mit ihnen können. Kein Trick wird funktionieren. Die Barbaren werden keine Angst vor uns haben, weil sie uns nicht verstehen. Sie werden keinen Abstand von uns halten, weil sie uns nicht bewundern. Es wird eine Grenze geben, die wir nicht überschreiten können und hinter der wenigstens nicht wir sind.

Wenn die Barbaren lang und dringend genug erwartet worden sind, denke ich in der Mittagspause, verwandelt sich alles in ein Vorzeichen ihrer Ankunft. Der Historikerprophet glaubt dann, nur noch aufschreiben zu müssen, was er sieht:
"Man sah eine junge Kuh mit durchschnittener Luftröhre leblos daliegen, deren Tod öffentliche Begräbnisfeiern vorauskündete, die im ganzen Volk bald das Normale sein würden" (wieder im Bus, Buch XXXI, "Über die Omina des Todes von Valens Augustus und der bevorstehenden Eroberung durch die Goten"). Nichts empfiehlt den Inhalt solcher Sätze, mit denen das Geschichtswerk des Ammianus übersät ist, der Vernunft; aber der poetische Sinn kann sie nicht vergessen und in meinem Kopf leuchten sie weiter, wenn das Buch zugeklappt in meiner Ledertasche liegt, neben der Edelstahlbox für die belegten Brote (Valens Augustus ist dann schon tot, und die Goten strömen endlos, unaufhaltsam, über die Grenze). Auch wenn die Erzählungen über die Barbaren nicht wahr sind, könnten sie helfen, eine Wahrheit zu finden.

In The Next Hours
That is how soon some are concerned
that things will get really hot in Syria.
For the news today I will limit myself
to two things.
One: what is happening in Syria.
Two: What is happening in the Deep State.
Because everything is interrelated
many other things can be affected also.
In Syria
Things are happening every hour.
Sometimes more than one hour.

But NOTHING in the MSM.
The following is thought to tie to Syria
because Russia has announced that their offensive
will start there in hours -
and DJT has told them not to do it.
- Moldova's president Dodon injured in car accident
- Abkhazia PM Gaguliya killed in car accident
- Ukraine's Donetsk leader Zakharenko killed in bombing
...All three territories have two things in common:
Separatist movements and Russian military presence
It is thought the above
happening all at once
is the CIA saying to them
that they are being tracked
in ways they haven't imagined.
The ploy that is expected is
a False Flag
that chemical weapons
are being used by Syria.
1. UN observers have verified
Syria has no chemical weapons
2. Chemical weapons (gas) are
ineffective in this type of warfare
3. Russia says repeatedly
they won't be used -
it is a false flag
4. In the face of all this
it would be crazy to use them.
BUT -
France ready to attack Syria if chemical weapons used
French forces are prepared to attack Syrian targets if chemical weapons are used in the forthcoming government offensive to retake Idlib, said French Armed Forces Chief Francois Lecointre to reporters on Thursday. He added…"it's in our interest to do it with as many partners as possible." In April, the US, France and Britain launched more than 100 missiles at pro-government targets in retaliation for a suspected poison gas attack near Damascus.
Syrian FM: Syria's entire chemical arsenal was destroyed
Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem claimed Thursday that "Syria has no chemical weapons, as they were destroyed when the county joined the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons." In an interview with International Life magazine, the Syrian minister added, "The US fleet took away all of Syria's chemical substances and weapons, which were liquidated in the Mediterranean Sea."
Muallem was responding to US and allied statements that they would respond to a Syrian government chemical attack, Moscow has charged that "militants" were preparing a "false flag chemical attack" in Idlib to give the US a pretext for attacking Syria.

Don't Stockpile Food
I started out a survivalist
like many others who read this newsletter.
I started with a bug-out-bag
before the term existed.
Then I got out of the city
built a shelter
and stocked it
all before the mantra
"Beans, Bullets, and Bible"
all three of which I see now
are wrong -
and I will explain why.
You have all heard my priorities
MANY TIMES! I always tell people the top three are:
1. Get out of the cities
2. Get out of the cities
3. Get out of the cities
(and away from large bodies of water).
To that I now add #4
4. Don't stockpile food
And I shall explain why.
After a world-wide Nuclear WW3
the first concern will be food.
Millions - tens of millions -
hundreds of millions - billions
of people will be starving to death.
My slogan then - will be:
"NEVER GO HUNGRY AGAIN" -
as I try to explain to them
what to do at that moment.
BUT, before I do that -
let me explain how we got
to where we are now -
and how we must move on.
The great determining event
of the American psyche was not
the American Revolution of 1776,
but rather the US Civil War of 1861.
Brother against brother.
The transition from an agricultural nation
to an industrial one.
Greater percentage of the population killed
in war than ever before or afterward
(until what is coming).
Starvation in the South was immense, intense,
and intentional.
US President Ulysses S. Grant,
then General Grant of the Union Army
on the 5th of August, 1864, ordered General Sheridan:
"Take all provisions, forage and stock wanted for the use of your command; such as cannot be consumed, destroy."...so much so that "a crow flying over it would have to carry his own rations."
Sheridan later reported:
"I have destroyed over two thousand barns filled with wheat and hay and farming implements; over seventy mills filled with flour and wheat; have driven in front of the army over four thousand head of stock, and have killed and issued to the troops not less than three thousand sheep. This destruction embraces the Luray Valley and Little Fort Valley, as well as the main Valley."
This, in the eyes of many
marks the demarcation between
barbarous and civilized warfare
when compared to the humanitarian orders
given by the Confederate General Robert E. Lee.
Chivalry in warfare is long gone.
We now napalm villages,
firestorm cities,
obliterate wedding parties from the air,
although I doubt the Mongolian hordes
showed much chivalry either.
In any case the starvation and tragedy
became embedded in the American psyche
in the still largest grossing film in American history
when converted to current dollars and population.
"Gone With The Wind" is a part of the American soul.
Margaret Mitchell wrote "Gone With the Wind",
David O. Selznick produced it,
Clark Gable (Rhett Butler),
and Vivien Leigh (Scarlett O'Hara),
performed the leading roles.
Listen to Scarlett:
"As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again. No, nor any of my folk. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again."
"I'll never be hungry again", Scarlett said.
But many were.
Even today.
(A family anecdote:)
Scarlett reverberated with
a depression era audience in which
my grandfather drove the "revenoors"
off the farm in Kansas,
who had come to burn the wheat fields
(over supply)
while my parents were hungry in Texas.
"They're not going to lick me", said Scarlett.
"We have nothing to fear except fear itself", said FDR.
I remember hearing the latter on the radio
(except that I couldn't have because
he said it the year before I was born.
I do well remember when and where then hearing
Roosevelt on Sunday December 7th
announcing on the radio about the Pearl Harbor -
leading to the "Day of Infamy" speech the next day.
I was then seven years old.
The Great Depression looked like it would never end.
But the war was the solution.
Old men's stories!
Embedded in the American psyche.
Self-reliance. Buckle down.
Winning is not the important thing-
it is the only thing.

"Gone With The Wind" was the beginning or reflection of breakdown in the American theatrical morals and mores. First use of a swear word in movies: Rhett Butler to Scarlett -" "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" on to Howard Hughes 1943 movie "The Outlaw" (I was an impressionable 9) where Jane Russell bared a breast, banned in Boston (and UK) 1929 Lady Chatterly's Lover until the 1960 Penguin book case (I, now 26, carefully read the court case - and the book). The Kinsey Reports (1948) and (1953), (well everyone else is doing it), the Atlas Shrugged 1957 novel by Ayn Rand ("Greed is Good"} that greatly affected the philosophy of Alan Greenspan Chairman of the Federal Reserve (not a government agency) for 19 years (1987-2006) as well as other notable individuals today who hold to an America First policy and the eradication of any restraints on George Carlin's list of seven words in 1972 (especially accelerating now), resulting in the complete degradation of American society as to being 180 degrees different from that taught by Jesus regarding moral, social and international behavior.
You may say I have not understood any of this -
but anyway, I was there.
And there was nothing like here.
I was born into a world
entirely different than the one now.
And the one immediately coming
when the gates of hell itself
will be opened.
So that is where we were,
this is where we have are now,
and I am telling you -
that in preparation for God's wrath -
that is about to come -
GET OUT OF THE CITIES.
And do NOT stock food?
What?
This issue of the newsletter is so long
that I have thought of stopping here -

but no,
I will go on.

The problem with stocking food
is that no matter how little
or how much you store -
someone in the hungry hordes
will come and take it away from you.
Well, duh, you say.
That is the purpose of the bullets.
Bullets won't work.
You cannot stand off the hordes.
They will eventually overwhelm you.
You cannot hide. You cannot run.
You cannot stand.
BUT there is a solution.
You can say to the hordes -
"Never go hungry again."
What you need to store or find
is seeds.
If you store a ton of Sunflower Seeds -
(unroasted, unsalted, untreated,
not GMO, just plain, ready to plant)
most people will look at that and say -
"That is not food - what could we do with that."
Not near as likely to be stolen.
Seeds are the solution.
Sunflower seed. Wheat seed,
and many other kinds,
can be germinated in seven days
to sprouts that can be made into a soup.
Not only will it permit you to survive -
it is very healthy -
and in fact a much more healthy diet
than many eat today.
A ton or two of anything is a lot -
except for canned goods -
of which I have thrown away
many tons.
Seeds properly stored can theoretically
keep for years.
I am not going into details
(this is far too long)
about how to grow seeds hydroponically.
Some of the seed has to be grown to
full maturity
in order to continue the cycle.
Cooking for masses of people
is a bit of a science.
Agriculture afterwards,
in the presence of radiation,
with a understanding of how
radioactive isotopes are filtered
up the food chain is something else
to be comprehended.
Lots of effort and cooperation
by many people is key to the effort -
and the answer lies in social organization
not in either bullets or isolation.
This is why you need to go to

The answer is not
beans, bullets, or bible.
As society breaks-down
and we go into a super depression
- yes, a good pantry of beans
can be beneficial.
But NOT AFTER
the complete collapse and catastrophe.
An organization of those with weapons,
that are part of your community -
will be necessary -
but you don't have to equip an army
yourself.
And bibles, it is sorry to say,
can be a problem.
Not because of what the Bible teaches
- which is love and unity -
but rather what so many with bibles practice.
Where any group teaches -
"our group is THE group"
that God favors -
and the rest are enemy
and we want to avoid them -
then their bible is
part of the problem
rather than part of the solution.
Muslims, Christians, Jews,
Hindus, Buddhists, and all
are a part of God's Creation
and you are better to let
God do the judging.
In the meantime we all need
to get along together
and the LERN program will
allow you to do that and
feed everyone.
In current terms -
if one eats all eat.
Looking back over what I have written -
I see that some will not get the point.
They are in the American psyche -
they don't understand the American psyche
and how it has changed.
America was built upon principles of religion.
Its ideals were engraved in stones
of its court houses, legislatures, and universities.
America was built upon the teachings of Jesus,
but today, some stats say,
most Americans are atheist or at least agnostic.
America changed -
through the stages that I marked -
starting with -
"Gone With The Wind".
The Principles that Jesus taught of
Love thy Enemies (Matthew 5:44),
Take care of the poor (Luke 14:13),
Judge what is right at this time (Luke 12:56-57),
To be righteous (Matthew 23:28),
Reject Satan and immorality,
that was the psyche of the Pilgrims,
Has now become
a psyche of GREED.
Success is being in the 1%.
Make America FIRST.
Perpetual war is acceptable.
Sovereignty above all.
As for morality - anything goes.
God will get you.
Christianity has become
a religion about Jesus
taught by preachers and ministers.
It is no longer the Religion /
Philosophy OF Jesus -
taught by Jesus in His own words.
It is other men's words in the Bible
that the preachers build their sermons on.
A religion about Jesus - rather than
the religion of Jesus.
That is why sadly
along with Beans and Bullets -
the Bible is not going to be of much aid.
The reason we are going to have
The Great Catastrophe
is because people no longer follow
the Words of Jesus -
but follow the words of men -
which sanction greed.
The solution afterwards
is not restore what we have now -
the greed, the selfishness,
the materiality, the immorality -
but rather to be concerned about
loving and feeding all.
The solution is seeds
for sprouting
for survival soup
to work together in LERNs
and make sure everyone
justly gives and gets as they should.
I have now said it again.
But how many will understand?
They applaud leaders
who advocate more and bigger weapons -
so that "American Interests" will be served.

Our Google Has Died

Never have I ever started over
a newsletter so many times.
Started to write -
sometimes spent hours
and then decided that something else
is more important.
Have finally given up.
Too much too important.
Will just tell you the facts.
You will have to fill in the story yourself.
Deep State Took Over Google
This week it was complete.
Been going on for awhile.
I took a Google Course a couple of years ago -
and learned how to use some Google tools -
and received a Google Certificate -
for passing the course.
Today - the tools are gone.
Applies to most all search engines,
most all search engines
link to or use Google.
Google Employees rebelled because
Google was writing its algorithm to
suppress news in China. Would be used elsewhere later.
Is used in US today.
Readers of this Newsletter
started complaining a few weeks ago
that I wasn't including links.
I couldn't get or find the links -
to info that I knew was there.
Didn't know to what to contribute that.
Thought Google monetezation (Greed)- because
first ten or fifteen hits were disguised ads
whether relevant or not.
Then two weeks ago
Google, Facebook, YouTube -
publically censored (demonitized)
(and out right removed links to)
some critical news outlets
that they labeled "Fake News".
Where and why did that power come from?
I finally identified my four top
Deep State Frontmen.
Kissinger
Soros
Jeffrey Preston Bezos (founder of Amazon)
Pierre Morad Omidyar (founder of the eBay auction site)

The latter are part of the corporate complex (CC)
that spearhead the Deep State.
The CC owns / is banking, all news media etc.
The MSM is controlled by CIA, FBI, NSA etc.
Omidyar is my latest find.
He operates The Intercept.
Which hangs whistle blowers.
BTW look up Reality Winner
(the name of a real person)
on Wikipedia.
Deep State Test
To determine if you are looking at
a Deep State Front -
look and see what they say about Donald Trump
(if it uses some smear word like
unpopular, incompetent, etc., etc.)
then you know it is somewhere down
the Deep State (DS) line.
If a source doesn't use such terms -
you still can't know that it is not
a DS Decoy.
Not that I am a DT fan.
He is a sociopath -
and could flip in his battle against the DS.
He just has to make "the right deal" for Donald.
A Very Insightful Thought

the news (propaganda)
was controlled by the big news organizations
and no one thought anything about it.
In school I never learned that

or that the US lost a war
when it had invaded Russia.
Then there came along the Internet
and one could find all sorts of
alternate explanations
and I learned more and more
how much I was being lied to.
But now, this week, that is gone.
There will no longer be a source
of real trustworthy information
on the Internet.
It just became poorer and poorer.
The articles weren't dated.
You can't tell whether something
is happening now
or happened five years ago.
More likely the latter.
Never any news / facts from the front lines.
All reporters are "embedded"
and only report what they are told to report.
One could watch a twitter source -
if they knew which one to watch -
but there is no central collection source.
Where the military is in complete control -
there is no Twitter.
Understandable - because an enemy
would watch Twitter also.
In fact all the news appears to be blocked out.
While my news comes to me
from authoritative news analyst sources
and I have a high degree of confidence
in their accuracy
I am unable to find a way to go to MSM
to give you a source for the same information.
The Internet search engines
Google
Bing
Duckduckgo
have become useless as a source.
I think intentionally so.
It used to be that I could set parameters
for my searches.
Setting dates -
sources -
There are no dates
heading up articles.
At least current ones.
Things I find are years old.
A date should be
the first required item
on a news item.
Both when it occurred
and when what you are looking at
was published.
Otherwise useless.
Bottom Line
There was a brief time
in all the history of man
where because of the Internet
one could search out more truthful sources
of information.
But now, as of this week, that time is gone.
You will only hear what some agency
wants you to hear.
No relation to Truth.
No matter.
This too is about to pass away -
and most people never cared.

The assasination this week

has all the ear markings and potential of
the assassination of
Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria,
which started WW1.
This time it could prompt the invasion
of the Ukraine by Russia.
The Ukraine, as a warning,
for the first time this week,
did a practice firing of the new missiles
provided to it by the US.
The US this week withdrew troops from Pakistan
and announced its discontinuing support
of Palestinian refugees -
both of which actions will very much disrupt
the status quo
in both of those trigger point locations.
Russia today disrupted its largest war game
in forty years -
to move troops toward the Ukraine -
and explicitly told the US
that it would not allow it to interfere
in Syria.
All these are war triggers
on hair point -
like there have not been
singly
and certainly combined
in decades.
On the 11th,(in 8 days)
Putin is to meet with Abe
(PM of Japan)
backed by the giant war games
(now undergoing sudden diversion
mentioned above).
On the 28th,
DJT is to get his wall -
or he says he will shut down
the US Government
(as you know for whatever that means)
when a new budget is to be signed.

The biggest events
are not real events
or even fake events.
They don't even rise
to the level of false flag -
but the US goes on and on
about what it is going to do
if Syria uses gas on its own people.
Which is totally nuts.
Gas is ineffective towards achieving an end.
Everyone is watching closely for it.
They have no need to use it.
But it is the casus belli of why
the US says
it is going to go to war in Syria
a country which it is not authorized to do so
by the UN
nor is invited to by the sovereign country of Syria
or its democratically elected leader.

On Aug. 26, the Russian Defense Ministry said that English-speaking foreign experts were preparing a false-flag "chemical attack" in Syria using chlorine-filled rockets so that the Syrian government will be accused.
"The Russian embassy in the United States said in a statement on Facebook that ambassador Anatoly Antonov earlier this week met U.S. Special Representative for Syria Engagement James Jeffrey and Acting Assistant Secretary David Satterfield.
"Antonov expressed to the U.S., Moscow's concerns about U.S. signals of preparing new strikes on Syria on the pretext of possible uses of "chemical weapons" by Syrians.
"We warned the U.S. not to engage in another baseless and unlawful aggression against Syria. The new aggravation in Syria would not be in anyone's national interest and only terrorists would benefit from it," Antonov said.
"Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a news briefing Thursday that Moscow had information that a large volume of toxic substances had been delivered to the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib.
"The substances were apparently meant to be used in a staged provocation, she said.
"The U.S. armed force can build up a grouping capable of launching a massive missile strike against Syria within 24 hours, she said.
"According to Zakharova, around 70 aircraft with 380 cruise missiles of the United States, France and Britain have been deployed at bases in Jordan, Kuwait and Greece.
"Two U.S. destroyers with 38 Tomahawk cruise missiles on board are already in the Mediterranean and they can be joined by four more warships with at least 112 Tomahawks, the spokesperson added.
"The consequences of the possible aggression of the West against Syria are unpredictable and it will deal a severe blow not only to the Syrian population but also to global security, Zakharova warned.
