The big news this week is that
the Korean War
of which I am a veteran
is about to have Peace Declared.
Not sure - the NK and SK vow to end war
can happen without Trump's approval
to normalize border at DMZ.
Loud speakers have already been turned off,
and clocks are being synchronized.
But will the US take away the land mines?
Move away the artillery?
Return the land to agriculture?
Open roads for local cross border access?
Drop sanctions against economic exchange?
The peninsula becoming
a nuclear weapon free zone,
takes more than an agreement
between NK and SK.
Talks and Olympics are good.
Photo ops and hugs and kisses.
But that is not yet unity.
At the moment next month's meeting
between Trump and Kim
is still on.

Russia
The Russia / Syria thing
is the most troublesome situation
in many people's eyes.

"We'll have to wait to see what specific decisions the Russian leadership and representatives of Syria will take," TASS cited Lavrov as saying on Monday during a visit to Beijing."

Convergence Cooling

Deintensifying of the the May 15th Convergence

President Trump said this week that his meeting with
Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea,
may be postponed to June.

No clear information or movement on the US Note -
has yet appeared.
This is probably the most important activity
that I feel is going on behind the scenes -
but I have no authentic source that I can report -
and probably would not understand it anyway.
It all focuses around our old nemesis -
the gold attack on the US Dollar.

The Hamas sponsored 16 week March
that began on the Jewish Passover
from the Gaza Strip
and to climax on May 15th in Jerusalem
which started off with a bang
is losing momentum
although casualties continue to mount.
That is not to say that the situation in Israel
is ameliorating -
because the very opposite is true.
For this reason I am devoting most of this issue
to the situation in Israel.
To avoid criticism that my presentations
are one-sided
first here is a link to a Palestinian Propaganda Video
that has supposedly been banned
because Israel does not want you to see it -
which obviously isn't true or didn't work -
because here it is.
I think the video entirely factual.
The problem is not the facts that it puts in -
but the facts that it leaves out -
and its interpretation of the facts.
Just a few examples -
although there are many more I could point out.
1.
When it points out how the patients are being
forced to move out of a hospital by the Israelis -
it doesn't explain that it is because the hospital
is being used by the Palestinians
to shield a large munitions dump,
and that the Israelis are not wanting to bomb the patients.
2.
It goes on at length about how terrible it is
that the Israelis shoot the rock throwers in their legs
or arrest them to serve prison sentences.
Would it not be worse if they shot to kill?
3.
They go on about how terrible it is for
the 20% of the population in Israel that is not Jewish -
but the fact is that there are
Muslim Mosques
Christian Churches
Baha'i Shrines
and other religions in Israel -
while no mention is made of how
Christians, Baha'is, Buddhists and others
are treated in Muslim Countries.
4.
They note how there are Israelis
that are very biased against the Muslims -
but takes no note of the many Israeli groups
that try to achieve unity with them.
(There are some - but very few -
Muslim groups that try to achieve unity with the Jews).
5.
There are pictures of the Devastation
of the Muslim Communities near the border
but no mention that when Israel permits import
of materials to rebuild -
that the materials are diverted instead
to tunnel building for attacking Israel.
In fairness one could hardly avoid the fact
that many Muslim countries and Muslims
have sworn that they will destroy Israel -
and that the number of missiles and other weapons
being stored just across from its borders
is reason for existential alarm.
In fairness one would wish to ask
the commentators in the video -
if they really wish to see
the continuation of Israel -
and how they would guarantee it?
To really understand Israel's problem
one needs to contemplate the following maps.
This is the best map (although a bit old)
of the Middle East Conflict area
that I have seen -
(although Saudi Arabia barely makes the bottom edge).

Examine the above map carefully
to see how both Lebanon and Syria
butt right up to the Israeli border
and for the thousands of rockets / missiles
that Hezbollah (say Iran) has stored
just over the border -
it is but a stone's throw into Israel.
This explains Israel's bombing of these missile sites -
and how the big news this week
of Russia unloading at the ports
new anti-Aircraft systems -
under the very heavy smoke cover -
has Israel very upset and responding
that they won't wait for them to be activated
but will take them out also.
The above - combined with the US Syria bombings -
has many people looking at the
Russian / US / Syria / Israel conflict
as being the worst to face the world in decades,
hence the two minutes until mid-night
and the tick-tock graphics on this page.
The following map
shows Israels problem
to its immediate South.
(The subject of the above video.)

And finally, this last collective map
shows how tiny Israel (in one place barely 20 miles wide)
is completely surrounded by Muslim Countries
of comparatively gigantic populations.
All that one can say is -
except that one on the Side of God
is a majority -
Israel has a serious problem.
Israel has another serious problem in that
today, most Jews in Israel (and elsewhere) are atheists -
or at the very most agnostics.

An extremely important event
has taken place in US Foreign Policy.
As you know - the position of this newsletter
has always been that the world nuclear conflict
will start between Pakistan and India -
two nuclear powers.
The US has always been the referee until now.
The policy decision has just been made -
that because the US has been unsuccessful
in bettering the situation -
that it is now just going to take
a hands-off attitude and not be involved anymore.
We will see how that works.

What was That?

Several commentators have remarked that it is Kabuki Theater,
which I have only had the privilege of seeing live once in Japan.
When I entered the theater,
as a Westerner I was handed a program saying
I would have to have it explained to me.
That is still the case.
In Kabuki the women are men -
and many other things are not as
they seem to be.
For twelve hours I watched continuously
the events as they unfolded yesterday
in as near as I could get to real-time
on TB2K
and Texas Gab / YouTube.
Both sent me to many other sources -
and of course I was prepared by weeks
of prior study.
The Attack on Syria
was based upon a false flag.
Everyone knows that.
As in Kabuki - one knows one thing -
and says another.
The Russians know that
the "gassing" was a False Flag-
and are sure it was backed by the CIA.
The Americans and Mattis know that also -
but Generals lie.
Sun Tzu in his Art of War
explained that warfare is the art of lying.

Some of his famous quotes are:
“All warfare is based on deception.
Hence, when we are able to attack,
we must seem unable;
when using our forces,
we must appear inactive;
when we are near,
we must make the enemy believe we are far away;
when far away,
we must make him believe we are near.”
“Appear weak when you are strong,
and strong when you are weak.”
“The supreme art of war is to
subdue the enemy without fighting.”
It is like a PETA notice on a movie.
(People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)
No animals were harmed in the making of this movie.
In this case -
no children were harmed in the conduct of this war.
We can't know that for sure -
and for sure propagandists will try to say otherwise -
but Mattis assured us
that the targeters made every effort possible
to avoid collateral damage.
In fact the US notified the Russians
where they would be flying
so that the Russians could stay out of harms way.
No Russian or American planes were shot down
and so far as we know
no Russian or American soldiers were harmed.
Kabuki at its finest.
The Russians had S-400 Mobile surface-to-air missile systems
that could have shot down US missiles
but so far there is no evidence that they used them.
Some older much less efficient S-200s may have been used
by the Syrians
to intercept US Missiles -
a number varying from zero to perhaps a dozen or more
depending upon the source one quotes.
The Russians assured ahead of time that they would retaliate.
But maybe not.
They may have blinked -
just like the time with the Cuban Missile Crisis.
The have requested a meeting of the UN Security Council.
(Met at 11:00 today - but can find no report).
If they had really wanted to retaliate
a single low power torpedo from a Russian sub
up the tail end of the
guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook
would have put it out of commission
and delivered the message.
The North Koreans apparently do that better.
Not fitting, however, for Kabuki.
All Generals on ALL sides lie.
All have read Sun Tzu's Art of War.
Oftentimes the biggest lie
is to tell the truth when a lie is expected.
Deception is an art of its own.
General's are not punished for lying.
Case after case in recent history
of their ilk lying to the US Congress.
Petreaus was more likely to tell his mistress the truth.
James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence,
lied under oath to Congress.
Just a magnificent list of lies back through history -
including Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North.
American Presidents lie and lie.
Do you think maybe Bush lied at 9/11
about the reasons for going into Iraq?
President Dwight D. Eisenhower lied about Gary Powers -
saying we have "NO" and spelling it out "N-O" planes
flying over Russia.
All red blooded, loyal, boy scout Americans learn
that the patriotic thing to do is - LIE.
One shouldn't lie - unless it is important.
I mean something like when momma catches you
with your hand in the cookie jar.
"I was just counting the cookies."
Yep, Mattis twenty-four hours earlier said -
there was no convincing evidence Syria had used gas.
You may wonder what changed his mind
so that he bombed on the very first day
that the first contingent of OPCW Inspectors arrived -
(The Organization for the Prohibition
of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) is an intergovernmental organization
and the implementing body for
the Chemical Weapons Convention,
which entered into force on 29 April 1997.)
and the Second Contingent scheduled to arrive
and start work today.
Undoubtedly the evidence Mattis accepted
came from the White Hats.
The White Hats are
Jaish al-Islam (Army of Islam),
formerly known as Liwa al-Islam (Brigade of Islam),
a coalition of Salafist Islamist militant groups
based in the Douma and Eastern Ghouta regions
of the Syrian capital of Damascus.
Turkey supports Jaysh al-Islam
along with Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
It is part of a larger coalition
called the Islamic Front.
Jaish al-Islam also described the Al-Nusra Front
as “brother” fighters.
It is all apart of what the US has called
the Moderate Muslims
and which the CIA has supported in its attack on Syria.
They are called white hats
because of a hat style
going back to the French Foreign Legion.
White Hat symbolism has an additional meaning
in American Culture attributed to the "good guys"
in the American Horse Operas of my youth.
The good guys always wore white hats -
the bad guys black.
The problem here is that we have an extensive history
of experience with the White Hats of Syria.
Where they are supposed in some sense to be
a social service organization
along the lines of the American Red Cross -
they have time and again been exposed providing
false propaganda about the Syrian Government
using gas.
This has been well documented from many photos -
that were posed and total fakes.

The Syrian government who were already winning
and just needed to wait a bit longer for US troops to leave
certainly did not benefit from a chemical weapons attack
at this moment.
So, WHY now?
The President's suggestion that he might withdraw US forces
sent the CIA-Deep State- backers of the "moderate rebels"
into a panic so they had to perpetrate an incident
(like they did in 2013) to change the President's mind.
It is all about False Flags.
Nothing new.
We had "proof" that our destroyers came under fire in the Gulf of Tonkin,
which was a lie.
We had "proof" that Saddam's soldiers were ripping babies out of incubators
and leaving them to die,
which was a lie.
We had "proof" that Gadaffi was funneling weapons to ISIS,
which was a lie.
We had "proof" of Saddam's WMD's,
which was a lie.
At least Colin Powell provided us with pictures.
Mattis could have done as much.
When we are being lied to -
we would prefer it be with a little more style.
So, just like in The Matrix -
we are faced with the fact -
that there is no spoon -
except that in this case -
there is no gas.
But, what difference that.
Our leaders tell us what they do -
because they have a much deeper understanding
of the real situation.
They bear this burden of not being able
to tell the truth,
for our benefit.
They sacrifice their spiritual being -
not for their benefit -
but for ours.
You do believe that of course?
So, what is the reality?
Why did Trump bomb Syria, again?
There are many theories.
Some of the theories are quite improbable.
One that I put almost into the category of
John Titor the time traveler,
is The Story of Q.
Q's claim to veracity is that he/she
posted on the Internet a photo of
a time stamped document
of a work in progress
open on the desk in the Oval office
showing that Q had actual access
to the Oval Office.
If true, I would say that it is with
the knowledge of Trump
and would be an intentional source
of misinformation.
The way a misinformation system works -
is that it gives accurate information repeatedly,
as bait, until it sends out the key false piece,
which is then promoted by the recipients as true
because of their confidence in the Source.
The Q Source has continually given
insightful information and has a considerable body
of followers.
The Q explanation is that Trump's doings
are a masterful plot
to destroy the Deep State.
I won't go into details
about how that is to be achieved -
but the fact remains that there is a Deep State,
and most are of the opinion
that Trump is trying to destroy it.
A couple of years ago,
during the election -
when I wrote of the Deep State
many of my readers pooh-poohed the idea.
Today, more people are aware of it.
Moreover, more can now see the Interplay,
between the Deep State and its minions
in the CIA, the FBI, the NSA,
the Intelligence Community in general,
along with the MSM, and the underpinnings
of the Banking / Financial Community.
The daily headlines in opposition to Trump
and the machinations of the Mueller faction
and Congressional Committees trying to
achieve impeachment are all part of
a great effort the details of which
are beyond my comprehension.
To myself this makes no great difference -
other than they are all a part of the
convergence now 30 days hence
of the numbers of events
that I have pointed out surrounding May 15th.
As things unfolded in recent hours
a number of my readers have written in glee
to point out how my timing was off.
But no, this should be evident now,
that this is but Kabuki
and that the REAL great battles
are still taking place
regarding China/Russia versus the US Petrodollar,
the impending economic/financial/monetary crises -
(each of those are separate things but intertwined)
which will bring us to great internal social conflict -
and a wag the dog situation.
The whole of the world's destiny
is not encompassed by the United States -
or even the United States, Russia, and China.
Israel has a Destiny on its own -
and it was notable to me that a new US Polity
regarding Pakistan / India
(mainly to ignore it)
was announced by White House sources this week -
because as you well know -
I believe therein lies the trigger.
While I can see these convergent dates -
and they give me an expectation regarding their occurring -
it remains - that aside from those events -
"no man knoweth the hour."
My own speculation is that
the convergent events 30 days from now -
will lead to the described disruptions
and a culmination somewhere between
mid-July and early Fall.
All can take comfort in the fact
that all my previous prognostications
have been wrong.

This past week at Ark Two,
when I have not been in Emerge -
I have spent copious amounts of time
in the study reported above. The nasty weather that we have been having
is supposed to break in a week,
and it is my hope and dream
that an army of volunteers will appear
to help ready Ark Two before the above mentioned dates.

Watching the Tsunami

Perhaps you have watched a video
where the camera is up on the high porch
of a building and pointed out towards the sea.
There in the distance you can see a giant wave
while down on the beach
people are walking about unaware.
That seems the situation to me.
Most people that I talk to agree that things are bad-
about this or that -
but none feel threatened by the overall picture.
They may just be a brave bunch.
Reminds me of the story in pirate times -
that when the lookout told the captain of a ship
that a pirate ship was approaching
he would say to his cabin boy, "Fetch my red shirt."
This was so the crew would be brave seeing
the captain was saying that if he was struck
the blood would not show.
One night there was dense fog - and in the morning
you couldn't see to the edge of the deck.
Then with the sunlight the fog began to clear
and the ship was surrounded by eight pirate vessels.
The captain said to his cabin boy,
"Fetch me my brown pants."
There is a religious quote that I often read:
"The Plain is disclosed,
and mankind is sore vexed and fearful."
If you can imagine a battle plain
- concealed by the morning fog -
and when the fog raises there stands mounted
the multitudinous hordes of the armed enemy.
Still the masses remain asleep
and blissfully unaware.
I know not what it will take
to lift the fog from men's eyes
but under the concealment of that fog
each week there gather more contingents
of forces arrayed for the Final Battle of Armageddon.
None shall escape.
A few news items from this week.
The time for American Diplomacy has ended.
"About 200 retired U.S. Ambassadors have written to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman and ranking member, motivated by President Donald Trump’s nomination of Mike Pompeo to become the next secretary of state. The ambassadors don’t endorse or condemn the pick – but tell the committee that the nomination presents an opportunity to “focus public attention on the urgent need to restore the power and influence of American diplomacy.” In the letter, they note that “of the nine senior leadership positions reporting to the Secretary of State, eight are now vacant.” They added that “over 50 ambassadorial posts are unfilled, as are 16 of the State Department’s 22 Assistant Secretary positions.”
Get that:
Eight of nine leadership positions - empty.
16 Assistant Secretary positions - empty.
50 Ambassador posts - empty.
The time for talk is past.
On the other side:
Russia is expelling 60 U.S. diplomats
and closing the American consulate in St. Petersburg
in a retaliatory move linked to the US expulsion of Russian diplomats last week.
Today's Russian papers on the mass expulsion of Russian diplomats:
"In relations between Russia & the West,
this is the most tense moment since the 1980s.
We are now in a full-scale cold war."
Other countries that submitted to US pressure
and kicked out Russian diplomats last week
will face mirror-image retaliation,
Lavrov told reporters in Moscow on Thursday.
CNN reported late last week
that the Russian-backed English language TV network “RT”
was about to disappear from many Washington, D.C., area television sets.
The main distributor for RT’s programming around the nation’s capital,
ended the network’s broadcasts and cable distribution on April 1.
All done under a technicality of course -
The blackout also affected other international networks in the US
such as France 24,
China’s CGTN
and Germany’s Deutsche Welle.
None would dare call it censorship
but there is an old saying,
"Truth is the first casualty in time of war",
but it may be that you do not feel you need
any more news sources.
The situation around Israel
(which some consider prophetic)
is just becoming rougher and rougher -
with the 6 week march and protest that began last week.
Already a dozen or two Palestinians dead
and many more injured.
Slated to last until May 15,
the day Palestinians commemorate the Nakba,
or the "great catastrophe" of 1948-9,
when Israel expelled 800,000 Palestinians
from their lands to create Israel.
Israel celebrates the date slightly differently -
AND Trump has chosen that date
to open the US Embassy in Jerusalem.
The thing that the masses don't notice
is the MOUNTING EVIL.
I hope that you do.
Obama, a Constitutional Lawyer,
still permitted torture at black sites -
something forbidden by both the US Constitution
and International Law -
and that the US has hypocritically spoken against
in the formation of International Laws.
Trump not only permits torture but advocates it.
Obama spoke against collateral damage
from drone attacks
but personally signed off on more
than had ever taken place before.
This week Trump bemoaned that the operators,
while he was personally watching -
waited to get the targeted individual
at a time when he was separate from his family
rather than hitting the family also.
Trump stated that they should have destroyed the
women and children also.
Trump said on the campaign trail in 2015
that he would “take out” the families of terrorists.
"When you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don't kid yourself. But they say they don't care about their lives. You have to take out their families.”
He has been a Promise Keeper.

"But if we have to use force, it is because we are America; we are the indispensable nation. We stand tall and we see further than other countries into the future, and we see the danger here to all of us."
I suspect every president

and we hear much about the Oval Office prayer circles.

In point of fact the US spends more on military
than all other nations combined
but ranks low among modern industrial nations
in medical care for its own children.
On Tuesday, Trump signaled that he wanted to pull the roughly 2,000 U.S. troops
out of Syria but then reluctantly backtracked a day later.
He reportedly agreed to hold off until ISIS is defeated.
Then yesterday and today -
all hell started breaking loose in Syria,
with many killed among accusations of the use of Gas
by the president of Syria.
Numbers of deeply analytical and intelligent observers
have said that such would be totally improbable
and Putin and the Russians have been warning of a False Flag,
of this nature, for months.
The US media has jumped right in screaming -
"It is the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad doing it."
Do you have complete faith that the American Public
may not be being misled?
What can you believe in the news?
This summer, more than one million fake bot accounts flooded the FCC’s open comments system to “amplify the call to repeal net neutrality protections.”
Donald Trump’s recent denial that it was his voice on the infamous Access Hollywood tape, citing experts who told him it’s possible it was digitally faked. “You don't need to create the fake video for this tech to have a serious impact. You just point to the fact that the tech exists and you can impugn the integrity of the stuff that’s real.”
“And should those attempts work, and people come to suspect that there's no underlying reality to media artifacts of any kind, then we're in a really difficult place. It'll only take a couple of big hoaxes to really convince the public that nothing’s real.”

(now modified by Pentagon to be "continuous").
April (late month) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to hold historic summits with South Korean President Moon Jae-in
May 12th Trump "plans" to scrap the Iranian nuclear deal according to Israel's Channel 10,
May 15th The U.S. will move its embassy to Jerusalem
May 15th Six week Palestinian March concludes in Jerusalem
All news and deadlines
do not emanate from the US.
Some very major ones are being established by
Turkey, Iran, Russia, China and others.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey has said that
Russia has committed to install S-400s by 2019.
There are some who think this is a subterfuge -
because they will actually be ready
for a big push in October of this year.
On every front -
more and more military hardware and capability
is being put in place on all sides.
Non-diplomatic confrontations
are taking place at an increasing level of decibels -
although I do not see much of this
being reported in the MSM.

The big battles are taking place

while threatening China with a massive tariff war. Still the fog exists.
Will the people awaken?
And what difference does it make -
except individually?

A Survival NOTE:
Because there are so many other sources
of survivalist information
I do not often include such as the following
but this happens to be a subject
of which I have taken particular note.
This article
points out that the expiry date on most medicines are meaningless.
Most have an almost infinite shelf life.
Notable Exceptions
Here are a few drugs that you should always throw out after their expiration date has passed:
• Insulin
• Liquid Antibiotics
• Nitroglycerin
• Tetracycline
• phenacetin (a painkiller), and
• amphetamine (for ADHD and narcolepsy).
The problem that I have found
is that some drugs are bound to a Filler -
(or carrier) that can be designed to go bad.
This can smell so horrible
and taste so that bad -
that you are sure it would make you vomit.
I don't know how to get around that.
Sometimes perhaps a quick gulp or lots of jam.

This week at Ark Two. Mainly about my health.
Actually, I am quite healthy -
if I just don't die -
and lots of people are working
to make sure that doesn't happen.

Off to emerge a couple of times -
the latest time in an ambulance.
Soon home again.
Just trying to get things balanced.
At the moment blood loss has stopped
(I doubt permanently)
and they have gotten me re-hydrated.
Dr. D in Ecuador wants me to use Himalayan Salt -
which I finally got today -
and Dr. D in the US
has supported my granddaughters suggestion
that I take an Electrolyte Solution -
all of which is being done.
The weather has been as flaky as my health.
When the ambulance came
we had been without power all day
because of the ice storm.
It was out for many miles around us.
I wasn't in any condition to drive -
and the ambulance guys were great.
Got me onto an IV right away.
I told them that was 90% of the cure.
The only cure for the weather -
is to wait.
Lots of snow last couple of days -
but it being Spring -
it can melt quickly -
if it will just take a mind to.
Several people eager to get up to the Ark
to work on it.
I am eager for that too.
