When The Cat's Away

The last US Carrier has left the Middle East.
War preparation has shifted to North Korea.
President Trump and top US military leaders
will be visiting South Korea next week.
The degree of preparation there is immense -
as reported / discussed in all recent newsletters
up to this date.
No need to belabor the point.
The world sees the potential for calamity there.
In the meantime:
the question about the US being able to fight -
simultaneously two major wars -
a two front war -
one war in the Pacific - plus one elsewhere
has again risen.
In any case -
it has taken a lot of its war fighting machinery
out of the Middle East
and US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson
has said to the Muslims there -
"You boys be good while we are gone."
As soon as the front door closed -
the party began.
Iran is clearing its path into Syria,
while the Kurds are rebelling against Iraq.
Hezbollah is greatly strengthening in Syria,
and all this is greatly rattling Israel's chain.
Since Russia is on the one side of all this -
and the US on the other -
the potential for a conflict there
greatly increases.
Air power confrontation
is being increasingly used
and so the opportunity for "an accident"
(that can bring on open shooting)
is greatly increased.
Simultaneously,
US supported confrontation of Russia
by the Ukraine
is also rapidly increasing -
with the US on the verge of sending
much more deadly weapons to the Ukrainians.
This may all be why the word Cat -
is in catastrophic -
because when "the cat comes back".
As before,
no need to dwell on all this -
as everyone can see what is happening.
More difficult to see -
is what is happening between Trump
and the Deep State.
I don't see how the man can sleep at night.

Smoke Blowing In My Face

I was trying to remember this
as a quote from an old song -
but the expression as generally used today -
while anatomically historically correct -
is not so refined.
The military has long used smoke generators
on the battlefield to conceal its maneuvers,
so this all just the modern electronic
social media version - I think.
As you are aware -
for the last several newsletters -
I have been maintaining a list of dates
for this month of October -
with expectations as to what was to occur
on those dates -
and then after the date -
reporting as to what happened.
Once again here is the list
and once again as always
To EMPHASIZE once again
these are NOT PROPHETIC expectations
but simply analysis
of scheduled events that have been
geopolitically determined.
(I concede that it is
my philosophical paradigm
based upon prophecies -
that leads me to search out these events -
and interpret them as I do.)
October has certainly started off calm.
The things that I thought would happen did -
but didn't have as much effect as I thought they would.
October 1,
was supposed to be without a US Budget -
and it was -
but the US Congress tempered the event
by kicking that can down the road
for two months -
which may now dramatically contribute -
to the other events as they occur.
October 1,
key countries were supposed to stop using
the US Petro Dollar.
If this has happened -
I am not seeing any news about it
like I thought I would.
The headlines are:
The Petrodollar Is Under Attack
and
Saudi Arabia and US Petrodollar System are Facing The End
But still, none of the deep dark events,
that I thought would occur by now,
have occured in any way I can tell,
as a result of that in this month.
October 10th
the anniversary date
for North Korea -
(formation of the Communist Party) -
passed as I suspected it would
with increased potential build-up for the 17th.
As part of that build up
NK moved missiles from its development site
and Russia's RIA news agency provided confirmatory sources
that North Korea is preparing for a new test
of a long-range missile.
Jimmy Carter offers to go to NK to talk with Kim.
October 11th
The USS Ronald Reagan did a replenishment at sea
and was now fully prepared for actual engagement -
combined with an exceptional demonstration of Air Power
and along with additional vessels from other nations
(Japanese, SK and other that joined it) -
rather than just the regularly scheduled
Operation Courageous Channel.
October 12th
The asteroid TC4 discovered in 2012
passed between the earth and moon
the closest of any asteroid in decades.
October 14th
President Trump refused to certify to Congress
Iran's compliance with Obama's nuclear deal
and now the US Congress
will have 60 days to re-impose sanctions on Iran.

Oct 17th
Was a date when many sceduled events occured. 1. North Korea has moved its missiles to its launch pads.
2. The International ETF banking system switched to
"immedate mode".
3. The IMF new basket of SDR that includes China and Russia,
took full effect after completing a delay from one year previously
from this appointed date.
4. These monetary factors combined with the derivative resolution
could have lead to the world's first monetary collapse
something that has happened eventually
for every national currency,
but so far as I can tell,
there have been no particular reverberations.
Oct 18th
the opening day of the 19th national congress
by China's Communist Party,
held significance in its speeches
as to the North Korean situation,
by not mentioning it at all.
Oct 19th
Michael D. Swain,
Seniour associate at the Carnegie Endowment
for International Peace in Washington, D.C.,
specializing in China related security topics tweeted:
"Heard from reliable colleague that senior Hill Republicans briefed by Mattis, McMaster, etc., Believe Trump will order limited (non-nuclear) strike on N.K." (19/10/2017, 13:560)
This has elsewhere been characterized as
a briefing in the Situation Room -
not used since the assassination of bin Laden.
The curious thing about this tweet is that Swaine apologized
and the tweet was removed from the Internet within two hours.
Oct 21st
Reports that Pres. Jimmy Carter has accepted appointment
by President Trump to be Ambassador to North Korea.
Speculation is that this has been to offset
the above accidental release of information.
Others say - "Nothing is ever accidental".
It is an intentional left-hand / right-hand ploy by
the Chief of Negotiators.

Ambassadors have to be confirmed by the US Senate,
but there is the possibility that he could act
in service to the President on a pro tem basis.

US Preparing to Put Nuclear Bombers Back on 24-Hour Alert
Something that has not happened for decades.
Oct 23rd

if I am going to get this out tonight.

US Air Force tripling JDAM, GBU-39B munition production.
In anticipation of needed replacement?
Rumor is that later today, Tillerson may be out.
All rumour and counter rumour - in the Fog (Smoke Screen of War).
I thought that the intensity of events like these
would affect
the stock market
the dollar
the media -
BUT the most curious of all things has occurred.
The media has gone totally silent about NK,
US troop movements and such.
Not just the media.
A major source of information for me
is the CIA publication FP -
from which the media gets its official information.
This is an expensive subscription publication -
and I of course only get the FREE version.
Nevertheless, in all the time I have take it
- there has been a hot spot column -
until just now -
especially giving a blow by blow account
regarding what Kim said to Trump -
and what Trump said to Kim.
Now for the last several days -
for the first time SUDDENLY -
NOT A SINGLE WORD.
All the media reports
is the sexual peccadilloes
of supposedly important people such as models,
(surely these are peccadilloes
as compared to the threat of nuclear world war)
of which there is nary a word mentioned.

We had three tractors working here today (now yesterday)
and a goodly crew the day before.

The Month That is THE Month
so far

For some time I have pointed to this month -
and events on particular dates in this month -
as having the potential to climax in some notable occurrence.
In keeping with the practice of the last few newsletters
I am continuing, as I have before, to list the dates past,
and analyze how they actually fared - along with the dates still to come.
To EMPHASIZE once again; these are NOT PROPHETIC expectations

This now brings us to the 17th.
The culminating date for things October.
Scarier than Halloween,
and only three days off. I will list the items in order.
1. North Korea has moved its missiles to its launch pads.
2. The Chinese Congress is scheduled to start.
3. The USS RR is in position and in top readiness
a status that cannot be perpetually maintained.
4. The International ETF banking system switches to
"immedate mode".

5. The IMF new basket of SDR that includes China and Russia,
takes full effect after completing a delay from one year ago
as of this date.
6. These monetary factors combined with the derivative resolution

I give these events 5 days to show a cummulative effect.
I think that a month afterwards -
economic and social collapse will be apparent -
and the traditional war solution will start to be implemented.
While at the present, few give any credence to this point of view -
Consumer Confidence, as announced by DJT today,
being the highest it has been in thirteen years
and white America being convinced that the NFL black players actions
are an annomaly -
there may be a month later on:
Thursday November 23rd

a different generally shared opinion.

Calm Before The Storm

Yes, I have used this headline before.
BUT
It is not the words.
It is:
Who says the words.

President Trump will have to certify to Congress that Iran is compliant with the nuclear deal it reached with world powers in 2015. If Mr Trump refuses to certify compliance, Congress will have 60 days to re-impose sanctions on Iran Donald continues to appease the Deep State -
(by letting the Generals do their thing -
just as Obama did.
Donald as of last week had bombed -
all seven countries for which he criticized Obama.)
But so far as I can tell -
the Deep State is not appeased
and the battle continues on.

This is a very important repeat from last time. Clearstream the IBS (International Bridge Settlement) system for the central securities of dozens of countries does the crossover to a new no delay ETF (Electronic Transfer of Funds) which will then be the international linkage between any two central banks.
I can bring you no source for the above statement. It is my own compilation after googling / studying the various terms embodied in the above statement. Google the terms for yourself and determine if I have made a (unintentional, I assure you) misrepresentation.
If correct, then this event, rumored about on the Internet, but thoroughly hidden from discussion, may indeed be the unintentional trigger fired during the panic situation of collapse of the Petro Dollar, with at least five countries, (China, Russia, Venezuela, Iran and others), as of Oct 1 no longer taking or requiring the US Petro Dollar, thus dooming further the US dollar in terms of its previous status of being the only recognized / accepted reserve currency for Central Banks; that change date having been decided in an IMF decision last October and now, on the one year anniversary of the decision / warning - taking full effect this October 1st. with the IMF (International Monetary Fund) having changed the basket of SDR (Special Drawing Rights) to further favor China and Russia.
It has taken years of study to be able to write, such what may seem to be gobbley-gook to many / most of my readers, and those who consider themselves experts in the matter will say that I am not qualified to make such pronouncements, but rest assured, that throughout history - the experts all have eventually been shown to be wrong - and that is when great systems fail.
All this in conjunction with LIBOR which as I discussed last week is both manipulated and made up. LIBOR stands for the London Interbank Offered Rate. It measures the rate at which banks lend to each other, and has much to do with that great fiction we call "Derivatives.".
What we are talking about here is the collapse of the dollar and the International Monetary System, which will then be a major contributing factor to World War III. Comfort yourself in the fact that Beach probably does not know what he is talking about. He just looks for factors that support his Oct. 22nd date.

I think it is even more serious than that,

"Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid ... hasn't worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators," Trump wrote.
"Sorry, but only one thing will work!"
Asked by reporters later Saturday
about the cryptic tweet,
Trump would only say:
"You'll figure that out pretty soon."

October is the Month

October is the month -
for big happenings.
First - a half dozen big things
that seemed to be shaping up for October,
that apparantly are NOT going to happen.
1. No US Government Budget - got kicked forward
for two whole months, (the shortest time ever?)
to December 1st. This will just continue to add
pressure to the system - although not as much
as if there had been none.
2. North Korea has an anniversary date
coming up for the 10th
but no announcements have been made about it
except by Japan who thinks it might interfere
with its election.
(Everyone thinks everything revolves around them.)
ALERT - just before mailing -
that NK has just moved missiles from its development site.
No confirmation that they have gone to launch pad.

3. Russia versus the US in Syria. These two
are trying to cool it, but Iran is pushing hard
with Hezbollah and Israel is responding. The real
hassle is between the US somewhat supported Kurds
and the US / NATO Turkey ally. Lots of headlines
coming from there.
4. The Ukraine thing just bubbles and broils -
but Russia is trying to make sure no match is lit
there, as in Europe and NATO. The US has its
handsfull - elsewhere.
5. Some big military drills and games around the world,
seem to be winding down. Everyone has tested
and threatened everyone - so may be time to take a breath.
6. All the great confrontations against Trump
in the US Congress - don't seem to be going anywhere.

The Budget
just continue to amble along on the ground.
So, what can't be avoided?
This is just a repeat of my previous newsletter.
I will check things off as they occur (or NOT) -
the eclipse,
the Russian Zapad 2017 war game,
the Sept. 23rd Biblical end of the world prediction,
the Obamacare deadline,
the budget deadline.
None of them proved to be world changing events,
and none were expected to be.
There is nothing to do but observe
things like NEO (Near Earth Orbits of Asteroids)
or political party Congressional bill shennanigans.
Events in themselves are not usually the end-all,
but in combination with others may have
momentous effects.
What is important for one -
is not important for another.
A hurricane in Puerto Rico
can hardly be allowed to change
a golf game.
What is important
and what is not
is better seen
(or at least designated)
by historians long afterwards.
I suspect the Petrodollar thing -
is going to have a lot of impact
on other things.
And while Donald says the greatest threat
is nuclear war -
the biggest threat to him this month
is the Deep State
and the attempt to tie him to being
in collusion with Russia,
Add to that -
his October 15th deadline about Iran -
and history may forget to mention Puerto Rico
when he gets hit with hurricane double whammy
of October 17th.
It may be enough
for lots of people to take a knee -
and say -
"Oh, Lord we are going to be
no better off than the blacks."
I plan to continue this line of thought
in the next newsletter -
by removing what has occurred
and adding what is about to occur.
Donald continues to appease the Deep State -
(by letting the Generals do their thing -
just as Obama did.
Donald now as of this week has bombed -
all seven countries for which he criticized Obama.)
But so far as I can tell -
the Deep State is not appeased

Many of you have said that

won't work for most people. What we do at the Ark Two location is:
1. Get out of the city
2. Begin sustainable living in a sustainable location
3. Have a shelter plan
4. Create a survival group / community
5. Stockpile sufficient for the group.

While I further admit they are DOABLE, they are complex and take a LONG TIME and truly SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL RESOURCES  to accomplish. I know because I am in the process of doing all of them.None of them are in any way EASY and they are incredibly EXPENSIVE, particularly in the current economic setting we find in this country. I doubt it is any easier in Canada from an economic perspective.
Let's look at them individually starting with

Get out of the city.

While this is an obvious directive, it is not as easy to do as to say. Have you ever considered how difficult this is for people whose lives are concentrated in their current situation?  Where do you suggest they go and how do you suggest they finance the move? Debt is the deepest of "taproots" that a man can have, followed by having young children in school and a wife near her mother.
 What kinds of areas can folks who have no clue how to plant a tomato would YOU suggest they attempt to relocate and set up

 "Begin sustainable living in a sustainable location."

 REALLY?  Do you honestly believe that the average US citizen or any citizen of any country has the resources to "drop out" of their current society and support themselves in a new, emotionally difficult and economically hostile and financially impossible setting(to say nothing of physically challenging work)?  Do you have any concept of the number of skills required to actually create a "sustainable" living? You told me yourself that you wouldn't even attempt to fix a tractor.  That would be an important skill in such a situation, don't you agree? How about gardening, farming, animal husbandry, welding, carpentry, sheet metal and structural metal work, machinery repair and building maintenance, JUST for starters? Do you have any idea what it costs to build a house or a barn or just a plain metal shed(much less all of them)?
Please tell me you are "kidding."  Doing this requires a number of changes that I would be willing to state that MOST US citizens have NO POSSIBLE CHANCE to comply with this.  It means:
a) leaving one's home and hoping to find (and yes, AFFORD) a different one, someplace else. Buying a new home is a daunting experience for those with financial resources, much less those who are just barely living from paycheck to paycheck and have huge personal debt.   $$$ may be the root of all evil but it is still the most effective road to change.
b) Leaving one's job and hoping to find one comparable to what they left in order to support themselves and any dependents and to continue to service the huge debt they have accumulated over the past years.  
c) Leaving one's extended family in order to "make the break" from the society and economy in order to do all this. (Women don't like to do this.)
These are just a very few examples of the changes one would have to undergo in order to do this.  How do I know?

 I know because I actually DID IT.

 It was amazingly difficult and I had a "viable profession" to help me support myself when I did it.  Guys who work on an assembly line certainly don't have the flexibility that I had.  I was dead broke when I came to SDAK.  I had to depend on my ingenuity until I could get a job.  Not everyone has those resources. The FIRST two items on your list are only "DOABLE" under very unusual and specific circumstances, of which having a significant stash of money is at the top of the list, followed by willingness to leave everything and everyone you know (including "her mother") to take up a completely new and very challenging and difficult lifestyle.  Would YOU do that NOW?  COULD you do that now?  Giving people direction in that regard is exceptionally naive as well as shortsighted. IMHO.  
Let's look at
#3.

Have a shelter plan.

  OK, what is a shelter and where do you find them?  If you don't own one now, how do you expect folks to actually make a PLAN?  They either have to build one or use one that belongs to someone else.  Do you honestly think that "doesn't cost anything?" Ask one of your readers who is currently digging his shelter by hand out in Colorado.  Do you think that this is easy or "costs nothing?"
Now we move to
#4.

Create a survival group or community.

  OK, so you are a man with three young children, you have minimal skills having grown up in the late 20th century in an apartment in the inner city and you are now attempting to move into a community that doesn't know you from Adam and you are going to convince these folks that they should "join" your "Survival group." AYKM?  
When was the last time you moved into a small town in America?  You are an "OUTSIDER" for the first 30 years you live there and probably much longer.. Trust me. I've been the mayor of this town and the coroner for 9 years and I am clearly an "OUTSIDER" and probably always will be.  Yes, I have some credibility having been a physician and retired from the military service but I am an EXCEPTION, not the rule...as they say. Admittedly, this is probably the ONLY one of your directives that "doesn't cost anything" other than time and effort which may be at a premium given the fact that you have "left your home and family" to seek a safe place to stick it out for the coming war.
Now we come to
#5..

.Stockpile sufficient for the "group."

  Doesn't cost anything? AYKM?"  Do you think food is free?  Butter is now $5/lb. A loaf of bread is nearly $4.  It is getting really expensive just to live, much less "stockpile" food for a theoretical "group".  What about knowing what kinds of food to stockpile and exactly how to do it CORRECTLY!!!!
As I said,

these directives are actually quite accurate, but they lack any common sense

as to the actual plight of the average US citizen, much less the people in other areas of the world who have nothing at all.  What do you think THEY are going to do? The thing that disappoints me most is that this set of directions is "PREPPING" information, not information about what to do AFTER "the great catastrophe". Nothing contained herein has ANYTHING to do with RECONSTRUCTION AFTER NUCLEAR WAR.

what we do at Ark Two.
Now we come to the New Five List
that will work for even those who
live in a high-rise in a big city
so long as they are (in my paradigm)
away from large bodies of water.
Trim has not yet studied the LERN Program
and it is not even ready yet
to be studied.
(Elsewhere, I am asking you to help complete it.)
But, once it is complete -
I hope that he will study it and critique it as well.

is the most necessary to your survival.

So that you have a skill you can teach others
and will be valuable to them.
3. Determine where you are going to shelter -
and have a bugout bag to get there.
Shelter in place is usually the best idea.
4. Learn about Survival Soup -
and why you will never need to go hungry.
5. Stockpile the materials needed for the
four above steps
You will need to do nothing more than these 5.
It is number 1 of these that we need some help
at the moment.
